CHAPTER-1

THIS WORLD EXPECTS THE SAVIOUR

Dated: 9-5-1982

This world now is fast approaching the brink of nuclear  destruction, to be cast there into the flames of the nuclear jehannah and doomed irrevocably, irredeemably, inevitably. This nuclear hell, which is known and can be seen as atomic weapons and atomic radiations is the established result of an established process functioning on the established and inexorable laws of nature. No power on earth can therefore avert this logical and scientific consequence of a natural process unless and until the roots of the trouble are severed. If however, the roots of the trouble are severed, this doom may be averted. Science thus will cut the science, the logic the logic.

The subject of nuclear science is not generally known and is in itself inadequate as yet in its elementary stage, and unfortunately, the scientist finds a blind drawn before his eyes groping helplessly without any control on the fiery giant atumbumb. Enough, however, is known to cause the panic among the masses. The clearer the realizations of the Horrid consequences of the nuclear phenomenon become, and closer the universal circumstances converge, the deeper becomes the anxiety and louder becomes the panic of the helpless people, increasing with it the number of predictions and prophecies about the nuclear destruction of the world, as well as of the coming of the saviour. Yet no one has ever hinted at the work, the policy or the programme of the coming saviour.

A news, with the capition "Mehdi will appear after two months", appeared in a Pakistani Urdu daily "Jang" on 28th April, 1982. The news retranslated into English might appear something as follows:-

"London 27th April, Jung News. A claim that Mehdi will appear on the scene after two months, has appeared in the leading news papers of Britain and America in an advertisement, claiming that the prospective Mehdi was busy with his work in a modern country since July 1977, and that he would make his appearance not as a religious leader, but as a world teacher in the true sense of the word, and would declare himself within two months’ time. His appearance would be in such a manner as the entire world would recognize him. The Christians, the Jews, the Muslims, the Hindus and the Buddhists were in expectation of the Christ (IInd Coming) the Messiah, the Mehdi, the Kulkai Autar and Budha  (in his fifth birth) respectively. All these are the names of the same person, namely, Christ, who is coming to lead the new age. And that he would announce his appearance in a Radio-TV broadcast, and that his broadcast would be understood by everyone in the world in one's own mother tongue, telepathically".

The situation for the acceptance of a pretender of some universal Divine Mission is far from encouraging in these present circumstances; there is no particular sign to recognize any of these expected divines, and they one and all are staunch antagonists of materialism basically; any one who in these days ventures to declare himself as Mehdi among the Muslims, he invariably finds himself without much ado in the prison, to be mentally examined, and thereafter is heard of no more. The end of a Mehdi in Mecca recently has assumed universal notoriety. The Christ descending from the heaven in these days would find himself as a derelict on a border post under inquiry as a man with no nationality and without a passport, and in all probability a persona ingratia unacceptable to any country. The expected Messiah of the Jews will be expected to sit on the throne of David and restore the Kingdom of the Jews. As far as the Kulkai Autar is concerned, it appears hard to make a guess at his role in India in these days. Budha, if he makes his appearance in his fifth birth in these days, will find his previous realm occupied by the socialists. Any one and every one of these personages would be obliged to collide with materialism, which fact at present appears as a remote possibility. None will be on their side. If, however, any one can gain recognition of the entire world today on any point, it is the nuclear problem, since it is a universal and decisive threat, and their it is that the point that all these names (the names of the personages above mentioned) are the names of the same person can be understood. However, whoever he may be, it is apparent, that he should make his appearance now, or at least before this world is changed into a wreck by the nuclear hazard, for what will be the use of his appearance after the atomic annihilation of this world by the atomic bombs and the atomic radiations has been accomplished.

Inspite of all the existing hope and optimism, and inspite of all the prevailing confusion, the logico-scientific analysis of the problem concludes that no alternative now is left to this mankind but either to vanish under the hails of atomic bombs suddenly, deservedly, or to perish under the deadly stings of the radiations of the atomic-energy-for-peace in the age of full-fledged atomic energy, slowly, lingeringly, miserably as cancer-ridden chimeras, also deservedly. These monuments of science which appear so durable will vanish as if by the touch of a magic wand at the appearance of atomic bombs, or will be left deserted as a memorials of the folly of  a race made extinct by the radiations of the atomic energy. If this destiny can be averted, it is through the destruction of the basic causes of the nuclear trouble. Otherwise the mere abolition of atomic weapons, though itself not very feasible, means no more than that, the atomic weapons may again appear at some future date, like the fruit of a tree plucked once, but appearing again in the next season. It is the roots of the tree that have to be cut to abolish the fruit.

What might be the method of annihilating the nuclear threat. Will the expected saviour cause the disappearance of the atomic weapons by the spiritual force of his breath. No, it shall not be, for, it is against the rules of nature. No prophet has ever adapted such a course. Rather the disappearance of the nuclear weapons and the nuclear threat will be caused by a natural process. Endeavour in accordance with the rules of nature will have to be made. The substantial evil will have to be removed by substantial means and methods. No enduring or complete success may be achieved in this respect except by discovering and eradicating the root-causes of the evil.

I have with me now unpublished as yet, a set of books in English to present to this mankind. Books that treat the nuclear problem completely, and expose the causes of the nuclear trouble. Following is the list:-

GABRIEL'S EXTINGUISHING THE ATOMIC HELL SERIES-I

Volume-I The First Eruption of Gabriel's argument against the atomic hell.

Volume-II Quran predicts, characterizes and averts the atomic hell.

Volume-III Atomic-energy-for-peace, a curse.

GABRIEL'S EXTINGUISHING THE ATOMIC HELL SERIES-II

Volume-I Quran sounds its nuclear warning about the atomic hell.

Volume-II A Quranic design of the Neutralizer of the atomic hell and my mission therein.

Volume-III The case of the atomic energy for peace in the court of Lord Justice Science.

Volume-V Atomic hell, Baconian philosophy, Anti Christ, Quran and Abraham.

Volume-VI Relation between the Quran and the Bible.

Volume-VII The Quran corrects a philosophy confined to the Present Day Science.

Volume-VIII Gabriel's Islamic Bomb.

This series is a miracle undeniable by every denier of miracles, and is the sole guidance to lead this mankind out of the nuclear hell, and is the Noah's Ark for this deluge of nuclear fire. The celebrities of this modern age combined would find it hard to produce  the like of it which I have produced, indeed by the grace of Merciful God, single handed and alone. Some might feel aversion from the name of the Quran, but it is not the Quran, rather science it serves as the criterion. Bible, and the Hindu philosophy of Maya, and Budha's philosophy of Narvana too have therein the share due to them. If, however, this world had had a glimpse of that grisly, known as the giant autumbumb, they would even fly to the devil himself for refuge, if refuge were possible there. No  one country alone can at present do anything to avert the nuclear threat. Let therefore the people read this work. Having known the reality, and having seen the true picture of the nuclear consequence, this world might get together to chalk out a collective  programme to rid this world of the all-consuming nuclear danger. Or else let this work be preserved in some museum. Perhaps it will be needed by some future generation involved in unbearable misery bequeathed to them by their ancestors. My research reveals that those found deserving for the nuclear chastisement in this atomic hell of this temporal world, will, even if they escaped this temporal nuclear hell, find the eternal atomic hell of the next external world lying in wait for them without a possibility of escape.

The Question is why a man in my situation should write books like these? How in the most wretched circumstances he should sustain so gruesome an intellectual ordeal for forty years at a stretch. And how he could have managed to learn languages, literatures, philosophies, sciences, and the scriptures, like the Quran and the Bible, without a school and without a teacher in a circumstantial pilgrimage which no John Bunyan could find a heart to narrate, and no Freud was there to find a method to subject the manner of his intellectual attainment to a psycho-analysis. In 1942, my 25th year, and the fateful year of Enrico Fermi's successful realization of Uranium fission chain reaction, that is the year in which he opened the gate of atomic fire on this world, I had but negligible knowledge, and could not even dream of Fermi or the nuclear energy. Thereafter like a man proposed I took to study. In 1961 I discovered the prophecy about the nuclear phenomenon in the Quran. In 1971 I was in the act of writing the first book of Gabriel's extinguishing the atomic hell series. In 1982, I have brought my series to its completion, and now I present it to humanity as a key of man's future destiny.

The answer to this very long question is very short and abrupt. Namely that in 1942, I was on a plain in Iraqio-Syrian area shown in a night vision great signs, and was recommended there by the green turbaned Al-Khedhr to Abraham for a mission which proved to be the Abrahamic Mission that of warning this world about the nuclear hell. In the same period and in the same country I was shown the crucifix also. I have narrated these visions in detail in one of my books. But remember, I do not base my mission on these visions, and seek no titles. That is my personal affair. Let my works be published and read. My place may well be left to posterity, while my reward is with my Allah. May God, I pray, save this mankind from the painful nuclear doom. That would be my heart's joy.

CHAPTER-2

GABRIEL DECLARES HIS ABRAHAMIC MISSION OF EXTINGUISHING THE ATOMIC HELL TO THE WORLD

Dated: 21-6-1982

Benjamin Creme did neither lie in his prediction of the appearance of the Christ, Lord Maitereya nor was his prediction in any way a pre-planned scheme, or a conspiracy against any one. So minute and exact have been the points of his prediction that had he found the object of his prediction in Bricklane East London, surely there would have been reasons to suspect his prediction as a pre-planned scheme. As if some was already planted there in Bricklane to be picked up by Benjamin Creme according to the plan. Why Benjamin Creme did not make sure of the presence of Lord Maitereya in Bricklane before venturing at a prediction of so crucial, indeed of so seismic a nature that was to convulse the entire world. No doubt, Benjamin Creme could not have been regarded as so devoid of understanding as to miss the point. The answer to this question is that had Benjamin Creme made his search in Bricklane beforehand, and failed to find the object of his prediction there, then naturally he would have abandoned the predictions. This was what the providence did not intend, for, the prediction was to be ventured at, essentially, and Benjamin Creme was deluded into the mistake by the Mysterious hand of the providence.

Why the object of Benjamin creme's prediction was not in Bricklane, East London as was declared by him. The answer to this question is, that firstly the whole thing would have appeared as a hoax, and secondly that because he would have presented his find as the new Christ, Lord Maitereya to the world, a serious controversy and grave doubts would have appeared throughout the world. Not to speak of the Non-Christian world, even great confusion in the Christian world would have prevailed. And thus in the tumult and confusion about the title of the Christ and the Nomenclative controversy, the actual mission of the saviour which was to annul the possibility of nuclear ruin of the world would have been lost in the clamourous controversy about the decision of the title. The times are that the meeting of the Bishop of Rome and the Archbishop of Canterbury may well be regarded nothing short of a miracle. Also the mission of annulling the possibility of the atomic war and clearing this world of atomic weapons is not going to be a very pleasant one, for it means conflict, and appears as impossibility.

I was the object of Benjamin Creme's prediction, and was not among the Pakistani community in Bricklane, East London, but rather was among the Pakistani community in Nawababad Wah Cantt in Rawalpindi District, (Pakistan). Why then was Benjamin creme kept in the dark about the reality? The answer to this question is, that had Benjamin Creme been led by his satellite to the place where the object of his prediction was in Pakistan, just as the star of the Wisemen of the East had led them to where the child Christ lay in Bethelehem, and had he declared his find as the Mehdi of the New age, surely that would have meant as Juda's Kiss, and the declared Mehdi would have come to a grievous end, while the whole affair would have been published as a deep-rooted conspiracy of the Anti-Islamic Lobby against the Islamic world and a plot hatched up to create factious disturbance and upheavals within the Muslim countries.

Benjamin Creme has titled the object of his prediction as the New Christ, Lord Maitereya, which according to him is the common name of the Messiah, the Mehdi, the Kulkai Autar and Budha. The mission of the New Christ as has been given is to stop the third world war, which means to annul the possibility of the nuclear war or the atomic ruin as far as this arduous and seemingly impossible mission is concerned, I am the man, the only man in this world today that have this mission as my own on proof. But as far as the question of the Title that is the Christ or Mehdi etc. is concerned, I say flat not that. I deny it outright for myself. If there is someone to claim that Title in the world today, let him declare himself to a world that is now fast approaching the nuclear ruin. The nuclear hell has appeared as a result of a substantial process functioning in accordance with the inexorable laws of nature. An anti-process, functioning on the principle of anti-thesis is the indispensable necessity to neutralize the threat of atomic ruin. Mere wishful thinking will avail this world nothing.

No alternative is left now for this mankind, but either to perish under the hails of atomic bombs and the stings of deadly atomic radiations, deservedly, or to discover and uproot at the causes of the appearance of the atomic hell. There is little joy to escape the flames of this temporal atomic hell unscathed, for, those who merited the punishment of the flames of this atomic hell, they will find in the next world lying in wait  for them the eternal atomic hell (Al-Hotama), because the evils responsible for the punishment in both are identical. The atomic hell as you find it here is the wrath of God enkindled, and is the divine vengeance. Surely there can be no protection against the wrath of God and divine vengeance. I now present to a doomed world a series of six volumes, named as GABRIEL'S EXTING-UISHING THE ATOMIC HELL SERIES, and eight miscellaneous volumes on the same topic. All in English, and all unpublished. They contain the light and guidance for this mankind to annul the possibility of the nuclear ruin of the world as a special mercy of God.

This work as is mentioned above is the sole guidance which has appeared in this world, to annul the possibility of the nuclear disaster. No anti-nuclear movement in this world can succeed, and no revival of faith or religion is possible without adopting the guidelines and basic principles appearing in this work. It in fact is the Noah's Ark for this deluge of atomic fire. And because no nation alone can do anything against the nuclear hazard, let therefore these volumes be published to the world, so that by knowing the reality of the nuclear problem and judging the nature and magnitude of the nuclear hazard, and weighing the pros and cons of the whole affair this mankind may get together and chalk out a collective programme to rid this world of the nuclear danger. The amount which Benjamin Creme has spent on advertisements about the appearance of the Christ, Lord Maitereya, would have sufficed to publish all these volumes with consequent redemption of this mankind from the clutches of the horrific giant atumbumb. If these volumes are eaten up by the white ants, for, I have no home, hearth, wealth or property to preserve them safely, then it is not the leaves of paper that they eat away, nay they rather eat away the future destiny of mankind.

But the question is, why on earth a man in my position, and in my situation should heap up such volumes one after the other without ever thinking of publishing any one of them. The answer to this question is that in 1942, my 25th year, and the year in which the great Italian physicist Enrico Fermi succeeded in opening the gate of atomic fire on this world by his successful realization of Uranium Fission Chain Reaction in Chicago, I was recommended in Mussayib, a place in Iraq by the green Turbaned Saint "Al-Khedhr" to Abraham in a vision for the Abrahamic mission of warning this world against the atomic hell. This is not the place for giving the details of the vision. I will only say, that I was shown great signs of God in that vision. In the same period and in the same place, I was shown the crucifix in a vision. I have at that time little knowledge, and meagre education. But thereafter like a man prepossessed I took to studies, and learned languages, literatures, philosophies, sciences and scriptures, indeed without a school and without a teacher, and obliged always to do some work for subsistence. In 1961, the theme of my mission that is the nuclear hell was shown to me. In 1972 I put myself to writing till in 1982 I completed my work, that is Gabriel's Extinguishing the atomic Hell Series in six volumes, and besides that eight miscellaneous volumes on the same topic. All these volumes are as yet unpublished. But let it be remembered, that I base no claim of any kind whatsoever on my vision etc. That has to be regarded as my personal affair. Let rather my work justify its merit. Science is the criterion of judgment in my work, and let the work be judged on that line in this age of knowledge and science.

On 5th May ,1980 I sent an article to fifteen of the leading physicists all over the world, including Dr. Edward Teller, the maker of the first Hydrogen bomb. The article contained characterization of the atomic phenomenon, I sent the article on promise that if the characterization was attested as correct, I would declare to the world, the formula of neutralizing and extinguishing the atomic hell. Four acknowledged the receipt of my article, the rest assumed reticence. My offer still holds. On 5th May 1982 I sent letters to fourteen of the Heads of States all over the world, including His Holiness Pope John Paul-II and the Secretary General of U.N.O. I have hitherto heard nothing from that end. My humbler opinion is that no Reagan-Brezhnev Peace-Treaties, or armament-cuts will be of any avail in the long run, just as the hearty appeals of Einsteins and Russels in the past proved to be of no avail. It is not the freeze on the nuclear weapons that is needed, for the nuclear weapons like the picked up fruits of a tree would again grow in the coming season. The root of the nuclear problem it is that has to be cut to annul the possibility of nuclear danger. The materialistic process, however, is in progress. This world is already mad in frenzy, but it will in time become stark mad till the frenzy has reached its peak point to cause the explosion, resulting in world-wide ruin.

In 1939 Einstein had written his now famous letter to President Roosevelt of America, inviting the President's attention to a possibility of making a bomb a million times more powerful than the conventional bomb. This plea was accepted and the possibility was explored, and the bomb was successfully made. The world today stands trembling before that atom bomb. In 1982 I invite the attention of the elite of the world to a possibility of destroying that bomb as appears in the light and guidance contained in these volumes which I now want to present to this world. Whether this world will publish these volumes, casting aside the veil of prejudice, and whether it is destined to do so I do not know. That which I know with surety is that I have done my duty, and have tried to contribute my humble share to eternal well-being and lasting peace in this world. That which I have suffered during my forty years long ordeal is a tale of woe. No Bunyan was to find a heart to narrate the afflictions of my lengthy pilgrimage. Nor was there a Freud to devise a method to subject my intellectual attainment to a psycho-analysis. Would to God this mankind were saved from a very disgraceful and painful end in the flames of the atomic hell.

As far as the points of Benjamin Creme's prediction in his advertisement are concerned, they apply to me expecting that of the title, that of the Christ Lord Maitereya. Take up my intellectual work and save yourself from the atomic hell, and forget about my title, even myself. Why should I care.

About the titles. My mission is based on argument. Logical, scientific argument. Visions indeed I had. But that is my personal matter. To the world I have to present solid argument in the manner of cause and effect in order to escape the atomic ruin of the life on earth. No wishful thinking but the actual removal of the causes of the appearance of the atomic hell is required, the Holy Quran and the modern science have provided the guidance. The Gospel of Jesus is the perfect antidote for this modern materialism. Quran is the Champion against this Anti Christic materialism.

CHAPTER-3

A CLARION CALL AGAINST THE ATOMIC HEL

Dated: 29-6-1982

The circumstances reveal now that to mankind is left no alternative but either to vanish under the hails of atomic bombs, suddenly, deservedly, or to perish slowly, lingeringly, painfully under the stings of the radiations of atomic energy, also deservedly. Neither the idea of atomic deterrence through stock-piles will for-ever work, nor there ought to be any reason for satisfaction in the thought of a generation or a few generations escaping away from the atomic ruin, for, the accumulated debt will ultimately have to be paid by some generation, the sons or grand-sons of this very mankind. It is a process that must reach its completeness. The number of atomic bombs and atomic reactors will gradually increase, and along with it will increase universal unrest and anarchy, till the heat has reached a point where the explosion will occur. And inspite of all prevailing optimism, no defence is possible against the atomic bomb. And no defence against atomic radiation is probable. Atomic bomb leaves any living thing neither over the earth nor beneath it. And who could furnish every one among the masses with means of protection against radiations, while designing a leak-proof or explosion-proof reactor is not in sight. Nor is there any control over radiations. If therefore this mankind is not blasted out of existence by atomic bombs, the radiations of atomic energy will change this mankind into miserable, cancer-ridden chimeras, before the complete extinction of life on earth. Humanity thus will disappear in a universal nuclear suicide helplessly.

The mission of warning this mankind against atomic ruin was assigned to me in 1942, in my 25th year when I had but negligible knowledge. Without a school or a teacher and in circumstances inexpressibly adverse I studied languages, literatures, philosophies, sciences and scriptures. In 1972 I sat to writing, day and night till in 1982 I completed my work, namely, “Gabriel's Extinguishing the Atomic Hell Series", in 12 volumes, in english. Therein philosophy, atomic science and scriptures have been treated.

Allow me to say that it is the ark of Noah for the deluge of atomic fire. Here, I have no mind to indulge in the narrative of my painful ordeal, or the degree of intellectual achievements. Where is a Bunyan to trace my pilgrimage and where is a Freud to analyse the method of my intellectual pursuit. And Alas Einstein, Russel and Sir James Jeans are all dead, that would have evaluated and appreciated the worth of my work. And If Ronald Knox, the author of "God and Atom" still lives, let him know that he who has fought the battle royal for forty years, now stands with the key of the future destiny of mankind in his hand, helplessly groping in the dark for the publication of the truth which he has discovered. The world moved about him hypnotized by the influence of a grievous doom. Following is the list of my books all unpublished:- (List in early pages of the book)

See whichever of the following hints applies to you:-

1.Your answer will be anxiously awaited, for the margin now left appears to be too narrow.2. A lecture on the topic may be useful. Invite me therefore.3.Your audience is earnestly sought.4. Would you like to publish any book/books given in the above list. 5.Could you provide me some financial assistance for the publication of these volumes and correspondence with other countries which is very expensive now days.

Thanks, Yours sincerely,

YOUSUF GABRIEL

CHAPTER- 4

GABRIEL'S MESSAGE TO SAVE THIS WORLD FROM ATOMIC RUIN

A message to this afflicted  world doomed to nuclear ruin.

Dated: 1.7-1982

Christians, Muslims, Hindus, Buddhists, the Jews and the rest, in short the entire mankind now justly, naturally and deservedly sentenced to atomic chastisement. Hearken ye fellow humans and save yourselves and posterity from a painful and disgraceful end of a race on earth in the flames of atomic jehannah which you have with your hands enkindled.

And remember, and I say this on sure knowledge, that despite your optimism and your wishful thinking, no alternative is now left for you but either to vanish under the hails of atomic bombs suddenly, deservedly, or to perish under the deadly stings of atomic radiations, slowly lingeringly, miserably, also deservedly, either to leave these mighty monuments in heaps of debris, or to leave them deserted as memorials of the follies of a misguided race. And know that no protection is possible against either the atomic bombs or atomic radiations despite hopes and expectations. No deterrence and no peace treaties will be of lasting avail, the process under the force of inexorable natural laws will reach its scientific and logical end in the flames of atomic hell. The ever increasing anarchy will heat this world to the atomic explosion. Some generations may escape the hazards of atomic affairs, but they who deserved the atomic punishment in this world will be cast into the eternal atomic hell of the next world without the possibility of any escape. This I say on sound authentic knowledge.

This world now justly deserves the atomic hell, for it is this mankind itself that has enkindled the atomic hell as a result of a systematic, natural process, yet it is through sheer mercy of God for His creatures, that I was assigned the Abrahamic Mission of warning this mankind against the atomic hell and exposing its true reality to them, and teaching them the methods of avoiding it. It  was in 1942, my 25th and the year of Enrico Fermi's successful uranium fission chain reaction in Chicago, that I in Mussayyib in Iraq in a dream was recommended by the green turbaned saint Al-Khedhr to Abraham for the Abrahamic mission. I at that time had but negligibly meagre education. But thereafter like a man prepossessed I learned languages, literatures, philosophies, sciences and scriptures, indeed without a school or a teacher and obliged always to work for my livelihood and the subsistence of my  family. I put my pen to writing in 1972, till in 1982 after a day in day out labour I completed my work. Fourteen volumes in English and an equal number in Urdu besides about two hundred articles which were published in Pakistani dailies and journals. This forty year long intellectual pilgrimage has been an afflictive ordeal which no John Bunayan could find a heart stout to narrate, nor there would be a Sigmond Freud to subject the manner and the method of my intellectual achievement a psycho-analysis. My date of birth by the way is 17th February, 1917, and 17th February accidentally is according to the Bible the date of Noah's deluge of water against this present deluge of atomic fire. These volumes which I have produced may well be regarded as Noah's Ark for this atomic deluge. Following is the list of volumes in a series as "Gabriel's extinguishing the atomic hell series" all unpublished:-

Now all these volumes have their basis on a 36 word warning of the Quran about the atomic hell, in which the atomic phenomenon has been characterized scientifically, and also the Baconian philosophy of modern atomism has been philosophically summarized, while the causes of the appearance of the atomic hell have been enumerated. This prophetic warning of the Quran is something whose miraculous aspect could not justly be denied by a scientist. It is the key to man's future destiny. Neither an anti-nuclear movement could succeed. Nor religion could be promulgated without adopting the guidelines appearing in it. It is the only guidance to avoid atomic ruin and the last hope of this mankind.

The publication of these volumes is my problem. The name of the Quran might cause some difficulty. But let no one scruple about this name, and let the light be accepted from whatever direction it came. And let the slogan be "Better Quran than Begone", if this world has to be saved from the atomic hell. If the followers of the Quran fail to publish this work, and thus deprive the creatures of God of the sole guidance to escape the atomic doom, then let them await the judgment of the providence, but in fact the entire mankind stands responsible for the publication of such a work. It is the problem not of one nation, but of all nations. Let the mankind read this work to know the reality and then give a collective decision, and chalk out a collective programme to evade the atomic catastrophe. My appeal for the publication of this wok is to mankind in general.

This mission has proved to me an ever-agonizing ordeal in a world in which every one is engrossed in one's own material interest unmindful of the fast approaching atomic jehannah. It was on 5th May 1980 that I despatched by post an article containing the characterization of the atomic phenomenon as is given by the Quran in its prophecy in question, to fifteen of the leading physicists all over the world, on promise that if the characterization were attested as scientifically correct, I would at once declare to the world the design of the neutralizer of the atomic bombs and radiations as could be formulated from the passage of the book concerned. Three only acknowledged the receipt of my article. The rest assumed reticene. The following is the list of the physicists:-

(1)Dr. Edward Teller, the maker of the Hydrogen bomb.(2) Gerald Frederick Tape.(3) Wolfgang Kurt Hermann Panofsky. (All the three of America). (4) Sir Denys Haigh Wilkinson. (5) Rendel Sabastian Pease. (6) Sir Arthur Vick. (All the three of England). (7)Statens Karnkraft Inspection, Stockholm, Sweden.(8) International atomic Energy Karntner, Vienna, Austria. (9) Robert Pompe of Germany. (10) Jacques Ynon of France. (11) Nobufusa Saito. (12) Yukawa Hideki. (13) Sasaki Yoshitake (All the three of Japan). (14) Andrey Dmitriyevick Kakarov of Russia. (15) The Chairman, Department of atomic Energy, Government of India, Bombay.

Shirley Petty, Secretary to Dr. Teller, America and R. S. Pease of England, and Lennart Giljam of Swedish Nuclear Power Inspectorate acknowledged the receipt of my article. I thank them with all my heart. My promise, however, still holds for the entire community of physicists over the world.

On 5th May 1982 I sent letters to the following dignitaries all over the world:-

(1)        His Majesty King Khalid of Saudi Arabia,

(2)        Ayatullah Khumeni of Iran,

(3)        The President of Libya,

(4)        The President of America,

(5)        The President of Russia.

Only the Prime Minister of Canada, and His Holiness the Pope, and the Ministry of Religious Guidance of Iran replied.

Let Benjamin Creme of London know that if the mission of his declared Christ be to stop the world war-III, as he has himself assigned him, then the annulment of the atomic war is my mission, and mine alone, in the entire world of today, though not the titles but mission is in my sight. A mission for which I terribly suffered for the past forty years. Benjamin Creme sought the object of his prediction among the Pakistani community in Brick lane, East London, I then was chafing and fretting in NAWABABAD WAH CANTT DISTT RAWALPINDI PAKISTAN. Another Astrologer by the name of Ghazi Munajjim of Pakistan has declared the presence of the Saviour of this world somewhere in the Province of the Punjab, yet he knows not where. Howsoever keen might have been the sight of these astrologers in predicting the presence of one who would save this world in the present devastating circumstances, they are completely in the dark about his programme, method, and process of saving this world. To save this world from the nuclear ruin is indeed a process and a revolution. A task indeed extremely difficulty for anyone. However, if the help of God comes, nothing is impossible. My problem now is only the publication of these volumes. My appeal to every philanthropist, and every well-wisher of humanity is for funds and cooperation. I wish I were in London or New York, where I could place my case before the competent judges, and could meet the publishers. To every publisher in England or America that I have hitherto written, I have either received no answer, or have received good wishes and good luck with some other publisher. I will gratefully accept any invitation from any society anywhere in the world, for lectures on my work. And in the end let us all together pray to God, that He may guide us aright and save us from the disgraceful atomic end. Amen.

CHAPTER -5

DECLARATION TO THE WORLD

Dated: 3.7.1982

Complete anarchy will now prevail throughout the world. Every country will fight against every country.  Every man's hand will be upon every man's throat. This earth will become an asylum of Cancer-ridden chimeras, and a nest of disturbed hornets.

No alternative now remains for this mankind but either to perish under the hails of atomic bombs suddenly, deservedly, or to perish slowly, lingeringly and miserably under the radiations of atomic-energy-for-peace, also deservedly. Any one, scientist, scholar or politician who refutes this statement, he is a victim of false hope. There is no protection against either the atomic bomb or the atomic radiation, now or ever.

The entire world today follows Bacon's philosophy of modern atomism, that is man's dominion over nature as his right through continued, systematic research of science, for the material benefit of mankind in general, as man's purpose on earth, and as God's command to Adam. Moral philosophy according to Bacon is man's persistence in Adam's first transgression of God's command in tasting the fruit of forbidden tree of the knowledge of good and evil. This philosophy is directly antithetic to revealed religion. Moral philosophy and not natural philosophy for material benefit is the basis of revealed religion. Therefore either the philosophy of revealed religion or this philosophy of Bacon. The two cannot coexist.

This modern progress is based on Bacon's philosophy of modern atomism. It is continuous, systematic, organized, ever-increasing, infinite, and universal. Because it is ever-increasing, therefore it is bound to expel the thought of the other world and religion gradually from man's mind and time. And because it is infinite, it has to possess man's mind and time completely and expel the thought of the other world and religion completely. Therefore either this or religion. These two cannot coexist. This modern science also is continuous, systematic, organized, and infinite. And it is the hand-maid of this material progress and is confined to material benefit only. Therefore religion cannot coexist with it. Either this or religion. No break could be applied to this modern progress to keep it in balance. Now ban the atomic energy, and the industrial set up will freeze for want of energy, since the harmless resources of energy are about to exhaust. Adopt the atomic energy and both this progress and mankind with it will be destroyed. Now therefore either life and safety or this progress. These two cannot coexist.

You are again warned that no protection against either the atomic bomb or the atomic radiation is possible. Let a scientist contradict my claim with reason or proof. But this mankind now is in a state of intoxication moving toward atomic hell helplessly. Let the scientist now consider the situation and be realistic to save this world and himself.

This Baconian progress is of a nature anti-christic and antireligion. The Gospel of Christ stands in radical opposition to it. While the signs about the contemplation of the works of Allah (Ghaur-fil-Aayat) to be found in the Quran could not be quoted to justify this modern progress. Nor even the signs about the conquest of the universe (Taskhir-Il-Kayyinaat) to be found in the Quran could be quoted to justify this conquest of nature as is undertaken by this Baconian progress. Let the object of Baconian progress and of the Quran be seen in comparison in this context. The Quran never was a book so gross as to teach or allow the practice of materialism. Due to this misunderstanding of the Muslims it is, that the Quran will not be able to save the world from the flames of atomic hell. Baconian object of the contemplation of the works of God, or the conquest of nature is nothing but material exploitation, while in the Quran not so much as hint about material exploitation in this context could be cited. The Quran's view in this respect is quite sublime, and could be achieved without the research of modern science.

The spirit of this Baconian philosophy and progress shows every feature of Messih-id-Dajjal (Anti-Christ) as was prophecied by the Holy Prophet of Islam (Peace Be Upon Him). I say not that it is the same Messih-Id-Dajjal as was prophecied by the Holy Prophet. But what I can say is that, this Baconian spirit deserves to be opposed and destroyed due to its features in question before it has destroyed this world's faith and life.

Know that the Baconian philosophy has failed in its objectives. Atomic phenomenon now has challenged man's right to dominion over nature. The fiery atomic giant will consume the dwarfish man. Nor the hunger of man has been appeased. Rather like fission chain reaction the demand overlaps the production, and this notion of self-sufficiency has proved to be a mirage that would end not in water but in atomic fire. Atomic hell is the logical and scientific end of this process of Baconian progress. Mankind now is like a pilot to bale out before the plane has caught fire and burst into flames. Neither Carter, Nor Brezeneve, and other Presidents can now control the situation of this world. Nor will the stock-piles be able to save America or Russia from the atomic conflagration. The Baconian locust-like mankind is tending towards the region of atomic spray to be sprayed to miserable extinction.

This age of knowledge and science is the age of gross ignorance. Like a Ph.D who was drowned when the boat capsized, because he did not know how to swim. This mankind will be destroyed by atomic fire, for, none but a very few in this world have an inkling of the subject of atomic science. And ask the atomist and he will tell you, that man's knowledge of atomic science today is very meagre. Man's knowledge of atomic science will for ever remain meagre. Atomic science has reached its blind. It is simply beyond man's ken and control. Mankind's confidence in atomic science, and the scientist's optimism in man's atomic future is a dream whose interpretation is no other than a blazing atomic hell.

Know that the Quran has a prophecy about the atomic hell, namely, the atomic bombs and atomic radiations. The Quran has scientifically characterized the atomic phenomenon, to the wonder of an Einstein, and has characterized this modern Baconian progress to Bacon’s amazement. The Quran has completely exposed this Baconian progress first time in its history, and has inferred the appearance of atomic hell from the Baconian progresses. Mankind may escape the atomic doom, by removing the causes which the Quran has given as responsible for the appearance of atomic hell. And remember, that they who deserved this temporal atomic hell will also be cast into the eternal atomic hell of Hotama of the next world without any doubt. This prophecy of the Quran is Noah's Ark for this fiery deluge of atomism and is by the grace of Almighty Allah my own discovery. And I have a three thousand page interpretation of this 36 word prophecy of the Quran.

Remember that not only the atomic hell is the logical and scientific consequence of the process of this Baconian progress but also a greater proportion of this present-day mankind justly deserves the miserable punishment in the flames of atomic hell. But it is matter for mercy and sympathy that this mankind will not be allowed to perish in the atomic hell. The spirit of Abraham will rise to extinguish this atomic fire and save this mankind. And know that Democritus-Abraham conflict is there since the beginning of this age of modern atomism. The spirit of Democritus is engaged in enkindling the atomic pyre of mankind. The spirit of Abraham is engaged in extinguishing the fire of atomic hell. Mujaddid Alph Thani (1564-1624) against Francis Bacon (1561-1626) and founder of modern atomism, Shah Waliullah Delhvi (1703-1763) against Spinoza (1632-77) the expounder of material Wahdatul Wajud, and Iqbal was sent to the West in 1905, the year in which Einstein had cleared the course of atomic energy by his special relativity. And lastly in 1942, the year in which the Italian Physicist Enricho Fermi had actually opened the gate of atomic fire on this world by his successful realization of fission chain reaction in Chicago, the 25th year of my life, I was recommended by Saint Al-Khedhr to Abraham for Abrahamic mission in Mussayyib near Baghdad in a dream. At that time I could read the Quran but without knowing its meanings and I had a negligible schooling.

Then from 1942 to 1982, I was engaged in intellectual pursuit, rather a gruesome ordeal like a man possessed, day in day out, learning languages, literatures, histories, philosophies, sciences, modern and ancient, and scriptures that is the Quran, and the Bible without a teacher or a school, year after year in circumstances which no Bunyan could have a heart to describe, and achieving that which Freud could have a method to analyse. Literature in English and other languages ranging over three thousand pages I have produced. Of this three thousand pages comprise the interpretation of the prophecy of the Quran about the atomic hell in English language; a work regarding which my conceit is that not even Bacon, Darwin and Einstein combined could easily have produced. A work that may be regarded as the key to the future destiny of this now doomed mankind. But every volume is unpublished as yet and I have to be solicitous about it as my duty. May my Allah help me. However, remember that my work is based not on any claim or pretension of myself. Nor even it is based on the divine authority of the Quran. My work is based on science and logic which has to be the criterion.

My difficulties are only proportional to my theme which is bitter, unpleasant and against the desires of four thousand million inhabitants of this world in whose way I have to stand up to stop them from proceeding toward the regions of atomic hell. And it is not easy. With the key of the future destiny of this mankind, and an invaluable treasure of research in my hand I stand helplessly groping in utter darkness while every one around me is engaged in his own material betterment in a mad pursuit unaware, and my theme is difficult. Where in this world to find a judge competent enough to honour me with his review of a work which demands high competency at once in nuclear science, radiobiology, philosophy and the Quran. Yet for the bitterness of my theme I may not be held responsible, for I have said only that which Quran and science has said.

I have a reason to remind the Muslims of their duty towards the Quran in the publication of this prophecy of the Quran to the world. If they deprive the creation of Allah of this sole guidance to escape the dreadful atomic doom, they not only go down into the flames of atomic hell along with the rest of nations, and into the eternal Hotama (atomic hell) of the next world, but might be they experience the force of this prophecy even before the last tragic event of the appearance of the atomic hell, for, to keep this prophecy unpublished is to muffle up the mouth of a furious volcano. And no gift of the Islamic world to mankind could be more valuable than the interpretation of this prophecy published in the 15th Century Hijra programme. If Moses, or Jesus or Krishna or Budha were today they would have been the first to embrace this prophecy and propagate it in the world. Let the Non-Muslims know that this problem of atomic hell is international and no one nation alone could do anything. Let this world therefore unite to remove the doom collectively.

CHAPTER- 6

GABRIEL TRUMPETS THE DOOMSDAY OF THIS SCIENCE

GUIDE

 NUCLEAR CULTURE OF PROGRESS

Dated: 21-7-1982

Fellow humans!

I am destined to greet you with a terrific warning. Tis time now to trumpet the doomsday of this science-guided, Baconian culture of progress. Adopt the "atomic-energy-for-peace", and nuclear annihilation of this world is a certainty. Ban the atomic energy, and the result is the cessation of this economico-industrial set up. Hopes, expectations and optimisms of the scientists and the non-scientists to the contrary are but a dream whose interpretation is a blazing hell of nuclear jehannah. Progress, Atomic Energy and Atomic Bombs are a trinity interlinked. The disappearance of one implies the disappearance of the other two. The Annulment of the Atomic War entails the annulment of Atomic Energy as well as of this Progress. Be not surprised. The flames of Atomic Hell are more surprising.

This modern Progress has its own peculiar and particular features and characteristics. It is a process functioning in accordance with particular laws, and it has its particular stages, and particular results. It is organized, systematic, continuous, ever-increasing and infinite. And it is exclusively a matter of the world. And because it is a matter of the world, and because it is ever-increasing, it must gradually occupy man's mind and time expelling at the same time the thought of the other world. And because it is infinite, it must ultimately expel the thought of the other world completely from man's mind and time. And because faith and revealed religion is based on the other world, the faith and revealed religion thus would be expelled from man's mind and time. It is not difficult to observe this transition. That religion only could allow this sort of progress which were willing to sign the warrant of its own exile. Therefore, either religion or this progress. Men may accept willingly or be helpless to accept a life of Progress without religion. But this culture of modern progress as it is a culture of ultimate ruin. Again it is continuous, ever-increasing, and infinite greed and necessity. Ever-increasing anarchy, endless conflict, burning discontent in an atmosphere of mistrust, distrust, immorality will ultimately result in a universal war of a race of hungry, enraged cannibals, to mean universal destruction. Are you happy? Again energy is the spirit of this progress. It is in a natural sequence that the chemical, electrical and nuclear energy have appeared in the course of the process of this progress. The fuels of chemical nature having been exhausted in time, the mankind helplessly entangled in the net of economico-industrial set up will be forced to choose between the alternatives, namely, either to adopt atomic energy to atomic ruin or let the economico- industrial set up to freeze with the resulting disastrous famine, transient though. But it appears that this mankind will adopt the course of atomic energy to nuclear ruin. Nuclear ruin or no nuclear ruin. Thus the result of this modern progress is every way the ruin, the universal ruin.

Refer to the Prophecy about the Messih-id-Dajaal (Anti-Christ) a Marvel of a Prophecy made by the Holy Prophet of Islam (Peace be upon Him) and you will have no difficulty in finding to your horror, that this Baconian culture 0f modern progress shows every feature which the Prophet of Islam ascribed to the left-eyed, donkey-ridden monster that is the Anti-Christ. This modern science may be regarded as the corollary thereof having the same features. yet I say not to you that it is the same Massihi-id-Dajaal, though it will destroy this world if it is not destroyed beforehand. This modern progress has grown upon Bacon's Philosophy of modern Atomism, and poor Blake was not amiss when he said" If what Bacon says is right, what Christ says is false". Bacon, the greatest benefactor of mankind, may be seen to have done to the posterity of Adam on earth that which the devil had previously done to their progenitor in the paradise. The proof now is no longer a secret. Christ in his first coming had struggled against the ancient atomism of Democritus. If he appears today in his second coming, he will have to struggle against this modern atomism of Bacon.

Given the circumstances as they now prevail, no alternative appears for this mankind but either to vanish under the hails of atomic bombs, suddenly, deservedly, or to perish under the deadly stings of atomic radiations, slowly, lingeringly, miserably in the form of cancer-ridden chimeras in the age of full-fledged atomic-energy-for-peace when every thing from a power-house to a private car will have its own reactor, and the exploding reactors making a world-wide bonfire of radiations, and changing this earth into a vast hospital of radiation sickness, with Governments tottering under economic pressure to indicate the failure of Baconian progress in fulfilling its promises of plenty and self-sufficiency.

This world will see the ultimate futility of America-Russia Peace Treaties, and nuclear deterrence, and freeze on nuclear weapon movements, just as it has seen the futility of the hearty Einstein-Russel appeals in the past. This race of Baconian locusts will not rest till it has reached the zones of nuclear spray. These monuments of science appearingly so formidable and enduring, and this world-wide economico-industrial set up will disappear as if by the touch of a magic wand at the appearance of the atomic bombs, or will be left abandoned along with the habitations of the human race as the memorials of a misguided species, after the extinction of life on earth by the long-term effects of the radiations of the atomic-energy-for-peace.

Remember!

This Atomic Hell is the wrath of God enkindled as retribution, though it is not God that will rain the Atomic Bombs from Heaven. It is man himself that will. You will be surprised if you are told that so severe a punishment is the consequence of evils like Slander, engrossment in the Pursuit of Wealth, and undue Confidence in this Worldly life. Yet the fact is even so. Obviously it is a punishment for this modern progress. And because there is no protection possible against the wrath of God, no protection is possible from this Atomic Hell that is the Atomic bombs and the Atomic Radiations. Cast away every hope of ever discovering any means of protection from the Atomic bombs or from Atomic Radiations. And I speak this not at haphazard. Nor is this in any way the alarmist view. It is the verdict of matter of fact science, inaudible to those only that are doomed. Terrible though are the effects of radiations though unaccompanied by a fearful blast of the Atomic bomb. Will you understand? Ask the scientist for an answer, if he can show you any cause for hope. Nor has the hope that there will be no Atomic War on any basis. Again to think that this earth will be a place worth living in, after a total or a partial atomic war is a thought which reflects little sagacity. And further to expect that mankind will survive the age of the full-fledged Atomic-Energy-for-Peace, or that, mankind will find that age worth living in an expectation which only is delusion.

It is hard to believe that the whole attention of an age noted distinctly for its scientific research, rational criticism and hair-splitting attitude, the age of origin-seeking Darwin, and the mind-analyst Freud should be exclusively entangled in the fruits of the nuclear problem, utterly, entirely, completely unmindful of the roots. The destruction of the Atomic Weapons could at most be likened to the act of picking up the fruits of a tree in a season. The fruits which will again grow in the next season. It is the root therefore of the tree that has to be stuck at, if the annihilation of the fruit is desired. Believe me the roots of the Nuclear Problem may be found in the soil of Ethics. Science is only an instrument. Unfortunately there has not been an author in this modern age whose attention has been drawn towards this fact on which the solution of entire problem depends. To the basic causes therefore. To the causes, if you intend to solve the nuclear problem. Greed is the root, this progress is the body and the nuclear bomb is the fruit of the tree. Radiation may be regarded as the Nuclear Fragrance. And chant the Christ's Sermon on the Mount to scare the grisly, this fiery giant Atumbumb away. On the other hand, every sage and every ignoramus, of this age is prescribing more production and self-sufficiency as the sole remedy of all the present ills, as if adding fuel to the kiln could extinguish the fire. It is a strange logic and far worse than that of the witch-doctor of the past ages of superstition. Discovering the root-causes of the nuclear problem, and exposing the true reality thereof, and teaching nuclear science to this present mankind which deplorably is ignorant of the subject of nuclear science, the subject on which is now staked the existence and plight of the human species, rather the existence of entire life on earth. The following volumes that are the fruit of my life-long endeavour can serve the purpose well. These are all in English and are all unpublished as yet:-

These fourteen volumes comprise the interpretation and explanation of the Prophecy of the Quran about the atomic hell, that is the Atomic Bombs, and Atomic Radiations and the Hellish atmosphere of the Atomic Culture. The discovery of this Prophecy in the Quran is indeed by the Grace of Almighty Allah my own and known to none in the world, Muslim or a non-Muslim. Just as the discovery of Relativity was the discovery of Einstein himself, and unknown to the scientist or the non-scientist. About 36 words of the Prophecy in all, covering the entire philosophy of modern atomism, and the modern atomic science. The text of the Prophecy is as follows:-

"Woe to every backbiter, defamer, who amasseth wealth (of this world) and arrangeth it (against the future). He thinketh that his wealth will render him immortal. Nay, for verily he will be cast into Al-Hotama. And what could teach thee what Al-Hotama is? It is fire of Allah enkindled which leapeth up unto the hearts. It is (a fire) closed in on them in outstretched columns".

                                    (Quran-104-Al-Homaza)

Now let a Philosopher read this prophecy and see for himself, if the description of this modern Baconian, Materialistic Culture of Science-guided Progress as is given by the Quran in a manner so succinct and yet so comprehensive is not really a wonder description. And let the Atomist read the Characterization of the Atomic Phenomenon as appears in this prophecy, and discover for himself how many of the basic, distinctive and distinguishing characteristics of Atomic Phenomenon, the characteristics which distinguish the nuclear phenomenon from the rest of the phenomena, e.g. Chemical, Electrical, and Physical, he can discern and discover for himself in these fourteen words of the Prophecy. I have discerned and discovered therein every distinguishing characteristics of the nuclear phenomenon that science has hitherto discovered, and have recorded in my work. Will this world that now is approaching the brink of its nuclear doom, consider this my claim as a challenge, and will it condescend to examine its validity by reading my work, or is this world doomed to perish in nuclear holocaust, and will therefore persist in its pride of its knowledge, and will regard my work as not worth considering, is not known to me, for the ultimate fate of this earth is known only to God, but what is known to me is that every claim I make is based on factual proofs exactly. It is not possible for me in this brief address to explain the things in detail.

And remember, you will hear in this my address, things that might appear to you as hyperbolic, exaggerative, fulminatory, boisterous, boastful, even rant-like, yet in reality there is no such thing. The facts described therein are in fact too great to avoid the suspicion of hyperbolism. To call a mountain a mountain is not hyperbolic, though to call a little fish a whale, or a little ant a large elephant is indeed exaggerative. Again if it were possible to render hyperbolic the description of the atomic bomb explosion itself, the attempt would have sounded pleasant in the ears of a citizen of an atomic that is super power, yet the same thing might not appear so pleasant to the would-be victims of that bomb. I am destined to deal with a world drunk with the inebriating wine of Progress in such a way that even the description of its ill-effects and its destructive phenomenon is prone to sound hyperbolic in their ears.

Know firstly, that the description of Baconian culture of Progress which this Prophecy of the Quran has given would leave a Russel aghast with wonder, for no better and more exact description of this wealth-accumulating and preplanning process of this modern progressive, and world-loving mankind could be expected in an age fourteen centuries in the past, when no trace of the philosophy of Atomism existed. In the same manner the scientific characterization of the atomic phenomenon, the most modern and the most complex of the phenomena, in about fourteen words ------ a feat not probable even for an Einstein to achieve even in the presence of the atomic science-----given by a scripture fourteen hundred years in the past in an age of no science is a fact not likely to fail in casting the Einstein himself in a reverie. Thus it is through this prophecy of the Quran that a Russel and an Einstein, the greatest intellects of their time would be able to understand the difference and distance that existed between the greatest human intellects and the divine intelligence. If my claim to the characterization of the Nuclear Phenomenon by the Quran fourteen Centuries ago be valid, then what reason remains with the scientist or sceptic to deny the miraculous aspect of this Prophecy of the Quran even though Science itself denied the possibility of the miraculous? And while the Prophecy has given out the slander, and the engrossment in the pursuit of wealth-accumulation, and love of this worldly life as evils, these are not only not regarded as evil in this age, but are on the other hand regarded as desirable, innocent, guiltless and essential, no doubt the sole object of man's life.

Secondly, that it was not for a Plato or an Aristotle to see or establish a sequential link between the materialistic philosophy of Atomism and the appearance of the Atomic Hell, that is the Atomic bombs and Atomic Radiations, although both these celebrities were themselves recognized as the most inveterate antagonists of the ancient atomism of Democritus. Surely the Plato and the Aristotle would be thrown aghast with wonder at the discovery of this link which the Prophecy has seen fourteen hundred years before the appearance of the fact. To them also the difference and the distance between the greatest of human intellects and the divine intelligence might clearly appear.

The most useful aspect of the prophecy, however, is the mention of the causes of the appearance of the Atomic Hell. Thereby we see that by the removal of the causes mentioned, and indeed by their removal only, their effects could be removed. To wit that by the removal of this modern progress the danger of nuclear annihilation could be removed. Thus we understand that the destruction of mankind in the nuclear hell is not a decree pre-ordained, but it rather is an affair of condition, and could possibly be avoided. You might be surprised to know that it is the Quran that has in this Prophecy pointed out the causes of the appearance of the Atomic Hell, first time in this world. But you will be surprised even more to learn that no Philosopher in this modern age, this age of scientific research, Philosophical enquiry, critical appreciation, this age of origin-seeking Darwins and Darwinians, hair-splitting Freuds and Freudians, has ever tried to peep into the causes of the nuclear trouble, and no philosophical inquiry whatsoever has ever been conducted to investigate the root-causes of the nuclear fruit. Rather the whole attention of the thoughtful people is engaged in avoiding the atomic war and putting the atomic energy to peaceful purposes. No one has hitherto pointed out that the enquiry of the nuclear problem takes us right into the heart of ethics. In fact no man in this age has ever doubted the correctness of this modern progress and the validity of this Baconian culture. The tree of progress to them is, beneficial, valid, correct. The nuclear problems are only like thorns that could be removed. That is why when every one is hearing the cry of more production and further progress to self-sufficiency as the sole remedy for all ills, the cry never strikes to anyone that it meant only to add fuel to the kiln in order to extinguish the fire. The necessity actually was to cut the root of the tree. Even Russel saw a paradise of Bliss for this mankind in the course of progress through atomic energy, in case this mankind forgot its quarrels. I have yet another surprise for you, namely, that it is on two points that now the existence and future well-being of this mankind is staked, while on both these scores this mankind of this age of knowledge and science is generally and mostly ignorant. One of these is the root-causes of the nuclear problem, the other of-course is the atomic science. The first that is the causes of the nuclear problem, is known to none except one that is myself, in this entire world of today. The second is known only to the atomists while the entire non-scientist intelligentsia, including the most learned ones is ignorant of the second that is atomic science. That only the Quran should point out the basic causes of the nuclear trouble to this age is another point to show the difference and the distance between the human intellect and the divine intelligence.

Drastic no-doubt might appear the measure prescribed by the Quran, namely, completely eradication of this modern system of progress to eliminate the danger of nuclear ruin, yet appearing drastic only to a generation steeped knock-deep into the Baconian marsh of this modern progress. A generation inebriated by the wine of wealth and physical comforts, and being helplessly dragged in the net of a universal economico-industrial set up like fish toward the nuclear harbour to be roasted there, along with their children in the nuclear ovens. Drastic indeed, but only until the horrifying squadrons of fiery giant autumbumbs and the pestering swarms of deadly radiations have appeared to consume this world.

The great English philosopher Late Bertrand Russel died in disappointment about the end of this modern mankind. The Gold little pamphlet which he so very kindly sent me in 1964 contained only one sentence which read:-

“Since Adam and Eve ate the apple, man has never abstained from any folly, that he was capable of, and the end is ........  (an exquisite photograph of atomic bomb explosion)."

The pamphlet contained a few caricatures which indicated that war and suppression was the most manifest of human follies in the sight of Russel. My judgment is that even if war is completely abolished from this world in the presence of atomic-energy-for-peace for this progress, this mankind will perish under the stings of radiations in an age of full-fledged atomic-energy-for-peace when from a power-house to the private car everything will have its own reactor, and the exploding reactors will make a universal bonfire of Radiations. Russel died in disappointment, and so would have I, but thanks to this my discovery of the prophecy of the Quran which fostered hope and expectation in my heart, and I produced a work based on the prophecy, that might perhaps save this world from the tragic atomic doom. How dearly do I miss Russel and Einstein. How helpful they would have proved to me by making a due appreciation of my work for the benefit of this world.

There are people who say, well, die we must one day. What difference it would make if by atomic bombs or by atomic radiations. They appear to be mistaken. They not only forget the untold and unheard of miseries that are associated with the nuclear affair, but also they are ignorant of yet another, extremely horrible fact. They do not know that this nuclear affair is not restricted to this transient world only, but it moves onward, onto the next eternal world, where an eternal atomic hell is lying in wait. This temporal atomic hell of this world is only the replica and the representation of that eternal atomic hell which is in the next eternal world and which is called by the Quran by the name of Hotama in the prophecy under issue. Just as ordinary fire is the representation of the ordinary hell of the next world. We understand that the evils responsible for the appearance of this transient atomic hell, as we can see them, are exactly the same as are mentioned by the prophecy for the punishment in the Hotama of the next world. They therefore who deserved the transient atomic hell of this present world, even if they chanced to escape this atomic hell unscathed to the next world, there they will find the Hotama, the eternal atomic hell awaiting them without any possibility of escape. Also, this mankind now appears apprehensive of the danger of atomic war only, but is ignorant and unmindful of the fact that it even now, in the absence of the atomic war, is in a sort of a hell unfelt due to the hypnotizing and inebriating influence of the increasing wealth, physical comforts and indeed the hope of self-sufficiency and security. Only if they could observe their discontent, apprehension, fear, frustration, heart-burning and worry. Their panting, perspiring, their running, rushing, their hustlings and bustlings, their sufferings, their sorrows and their misery, till in the wilderness of this progress, in quest of self-sufficiency, they have fallen prey to atomic venture to perish. And that even might not mean an end to their misery, for the eternal atomic vultures will welcome them in the next world.

I will tell you now something about my work, that is, the interpretation of the Prophecy of the Quran about the Atomic Hell, fourteen volumes, all in English, all unpublished, and mentioned before and you will hear in this respect things appearing as hyperbolic and boastful, but time will prove that they are statements, just, exact and sober. This work brethren is as you too will know in time the only light and the sole guidance in this world to lead this distressed mankind out of the Nuclear Hell. This is the Noah's Ark for this deluge of atomic fire. No anti-nuclear movement in this world, and no endeavour to revive religion can ever succeed in this age without adopting the guidelines and basic principles given in this work. The views expressed therein are hot, not, however, as hot as the nuclear explosion. Are indeed stingy, but not so as the stings of deadly radiations. And are unpleasant yet not so unpleasant as the spectacle of cancer-ridden human beings turned chimeras. But who is to be blamed for all this embarrassment? Not I. I have said only that which the Quran has said, attested indeed and confirmed by science, and that which the Bible and the Gospel of Jesus has said. Again the name of the Quran may not sound very pleasant to some. What, however, I can assure is, that once this mankind has had a mere glimpse of that grisly called the fiery giant atumbumb, it will not be capable of finding itself hesitant to fly even into the lap of the devil himself for refuge, if some hope of refuge appeared there. Quran after all is a book of guidance and claims divine original and has a right to guide the mankind toward peace. Let it be remembered, however, that although it is the Quran that has initiated the case, yet it is science that has furnished the proof thereof. The Bible has had its due share in the work and has found a place of honour due to it. Nay even the Hindu Philosophy of Maya and the Budhist Philosophy of Narvana has received treatment therein. If the Christ, the Mehdi, the Kulkai Autar or Budha were today, they would be found most zealous in the publication and the propagation of this work throughout the world and in every language. This work has no fore-runner and may have no follower. My conceit of it is that all the intellectual celebrities of the age combined would find it hard to produce the like of it, which I have indeed by the Grace of Merciful God produced single-handed and alone.

Fellow humans!

This Baconian culture is proved to be false and its end now is in sight. You may hereafter wander in the wilderness of this Baconain culture for centuries in quest of self-sufficiency, and in the hope of peace, and control over this nuclear problem, to be the prey of nuclear vultures only. Ever-increasing feeling of hunger and poverty will be your lot in spite of the mountainous heaps of commodities. Ever-increasing and endless anarchy, strife, discontent, fear, mistrust, arson sabotage and homicide will prevail all over the world. The battlings and rattlings of nations, sects and individuals which you see now everywhere will not, abate but will for-ever increase, till the fire has spread all over the world and has assumed international character and has involved the entire world to bring about the total annihilation of entire life on earth.

Fellow humans!

Times are coming when you will sigh and wish for the atomic war to rid you of a life unbearably miserable.

Fellow humans!

It has fallen to my miserable lot to remind you of the terrific denunciations with which Moses warned the children of Israel on Mount Gerizim and Mount Ebal in his last address to his people, in case they failed to hearken the voice of God, their Lord. Those are the denunciations that cause any one to shudder, and the human history has failed to produce another address like that. Just read the Bible, Deuteronomy Chapter XXVIII. What I have to inform you in this respect is, that today it is not the Jewish race only but it is, the entire mankind that may be seen as the victims of the terrible denunciation made against the Children of Israel in the address of Moses. For instance, “Is not the rain of this earth now the powdery nuclear fall-out and will it not continues to fall on earth till this entire mankind is destroyed". But read the entire content of the Chapter-XXVIII.

Fellow Humans!

I make a universal and earnest appeal to you for the publication of my work, in the name of humanity and implore you to show sense and cast away all prejudice to consult safety.

I may not make any divine pretensions, or claim any titles like " the Christ, the Mehdi, the Kulkai Autar or Budha", but what I am bound to inform you is, that these volumes which I have produced after a life-long struggle, have been produced under the supervising eye of the providence just as Noah had built his ark under the supervising eye of the providence. There is no alternative for you now therefore but either to publish these volumes or to be prepared for nuclear ruin. If you will assume indifference, you will see the mysterious providence at work against you to bring calamities upon you from sources that might be secret and unknown to you. Fear God therefore and show sense.

Jews!

You are the guides, the leaders and the masters of this age of Baconian culture. Indeed, you have found your Messiah in this anti-Christic, Baconian culture, and you are the Hierarchs of this world-wide, anti-Christic, Baconain church. All the rest of the nations are your proselytes. Beware therefore and repent, read the Chapter-XXVIII of Deuteronomy, and try to assess the portion and proportion of your destruction when the final moment arrived.

Christians!

You are the victims of the Baconian culture of modern materialistic atomism, the un-Christian, anti-Christian and anti-Christic culture, and remember you stand accused of spreading it all over the world, and consequently dragging behind you the entire world into the flames of the atomic hell, the logical and scientific consequence of the Baconian culture. Beware therefore, and repent and read Christ's Sermon on the Mount, and know that the Christian banners planted on the moon or the mars refer to the glory not of the Christianity or the Christ, but of Atomism, Francis Bacon and Antichrist. The banner on the moon is ozymendian reminiscence.

Muslims!

You slavish followers of this Philosophy of modern progress, you have come to consider this modern progress as an article of your faith, and compatible with the views of the Quran. You are the victims of a misunderstanding that will cast you into the flames of the atomic hell both in this world and the next world. Can you think that the teachings of the Quran could lead its followers into the nuclear jehannah. Your misunderstanding emanates from the fact that you fail to differentiate between the purpose of the Ghaur-fil-Aayat (contemplation of the works of Allah) which the Quran has given, and which this Baconian progress has adopted and the same may be said of Taskhir-il-Kayinat that is the conquest of nature. The Quran may be seen pointing upward in this respect, while this Baconian Progress as may be seen not only points downward toward the earth but even changes its adopters into earth-worms. Read the Quran in comparison with the Baconian philosophy and you will see the difference. The Quran never was a book of Materialism despite its licence for the human necessities of life, if you fail to realize the fact even in the presence of the most manifest of the proofs, that is this atomic hell, then you will only see the fact in the flames of the Nuclear Jehannah, Al-Hotama, as the Quran has with miraculous appropriateness called it. Read the Chapter Al-Homaza and dread. You are being guided aright in these lines, and indeed for your own benefit, lest you say tomorrow, you were not told. My views can be seen attested by every authentic commentator of the Quran from Abdullah Ibn Abbas to Shabir Ahmad Usmani. Your helplessness in this universal economico-industrial set up is an excuse not acceptable to the inexorable laws of nature.

Muslims:-

Although you stand at present a piece with the entire mankind in the nuclear problem entangled  in the same net toward the nuclear jehannah with the rest, yet, by virtue of the fact that my work-----that is these volumes which I have  written ---- is based on the Quran, rather is the direct interpretation of the Quran itself  corroborated by science. It appears natural that I should make a particular appeal to you that claim to be the followers of the Quran.

Muslims:-

I have to say a lot to you in this perilous situation of the world, yet so grievous is the peril, and such utterly hopeless and deplorable is the situation in which I find myself fallen, that words begin to fail me and my more ---- courageous-----than------twenty------lions heart begins to sink in dismay. Seldom a servant of humanity was fallen in a situation so difficult and so peculiarly queer as I have amidst this inebriated-----by-----the-----anti-----Christic-----deceit generation of mankind. I have produced a miracle of the Quran, greater than which was never produced on earth, a miracle greater than raising the dead, yet I see a veil cast on the eye of even the followers of the Quran by the blinding inebriation of the love for wealth and physical comforts, and I see the ears of even the followers of the Quran stopped. The Muslims ought to have thronged about me with a burning zeal in their hearts for getting it published to the world, as a light to save this mankind from the nuclear doom and as an honour to the word of Allah. On the other hand, I see the Muslim nation in a mood of indifference and is uninterested. Muslims! I need not recite to you the terrible denunciations of Moses which he made against the Children of Israel. The prophecy of the Quran about Al-Hotama is in itself terrible enough. I will say to you only that if you will fail to publish this my work which is the interpretation of the Prophecy of the Quran about the atomic hell, and will thus deprive this mankind of the only guidance for and hope of escaping the most painful and most disgraceful end in the burning flames of the nuclear jehannah both in this transient world and the next eternal world, then here in this world you will feel yourself sitting on a muffled mouth of a live volcano. Calamities and vicissitudes of the worst kind from unknown and unseen sources will be your lot, till the final moment of the universal destruction of this world has arrived, the moment when you will see yourself being dragged with the tail of the Baconian West into the dazzling flames of the nuclear jehannah, the enkindled wrath of God, as helplessly and as slavishly as you have followed the Baconian West in adopting the Baconian Progress in clear contradiction to the word of the Quran. And on the day of judgement you will stand before the throne of Allah answerable, for your neglect of the publication of the guidance of the Quran and your failing the mankind in the moment of greatest peril and distress. If this world of Allah is consumed by the nuclear jehannah without having been published by you this prophecy of the Quran about the atomic hell, then it is you and not the non-Muslim nations that will bear the brunt of the blame. Beware therefore. Fear Allah and repent. There still is some little margin left for repentance for those who may feel inclined to repentance. And remember, if the Muslims will make the Islamic World as a prison to my interpretation of the Prophecy of the Quran, about the Atomic Hell, the wall of the prison will be demolished by the Providence, that the Quran may burst through.

Muslims:-

I have no power over you, just as I have no power over anyone else, but let the word of the Quran count if you really believe in the Quran. I admit to your right of ascertaining the authenticity and validity of my work. I am aware of my own obscurity. I invite you to judge my work. I will give you every quarter in that respect. But I inform you that in order to judge my work it will be necessary for you to call in a number of the leading Physicists and Radio-biologists, from all over the world to attest the authenticity of the Quranic Characterization of the Atomic Phenomenon, found in the Prophecy about the Nuclear Hell, and a number of noted Philosophers of Atomism, and Philosophers in general from all over the world to attest the truth of the Quranic Description of the Philosophy of modern Atomism as is to be found in the Prophecy about the Nuclear Hell, and a number of the Commentators of the Quran, Commentators who have a commentary of the Quran to their credit. And why the Muslims should grudge such a conference, when many such conferences are annually held in the Islamic World for purposes and on topics which may well be regarded as comparatively superfluous. And why my fourteen volumes should not be published by the Islamic World, when hundreds of Books are being annually published, which if published or if not published would make not the least difference to this world.

Muslims:-

Have no apprehensions and no misapprehensions, I am not going to plunge you in any instantaneous practical revolution by the publication of these my volumes. Nay, but it is only the matter of publishing a few volumes to the world, at first original and thereafter in translations in every language. The seed therein will gradually grow, and the publishers will have the credit. Peoples knowing the reality, nations will get together to chalk out some gradually collective programme to rid this world of the Nuclear Danger.

Muslims:-

I had an intention to side-track you and save you the trouble of publishing these fourteen volumes, but I expect difficulties due to the general Baconian helplessness of this mankind, but particularly due to the name of the Quran. I have no mind, nor I find myself in a position in these present circumstances to say to you to do this or do not that, but what I cannot desist from saying to you is that being Muslims, it is not your role to follow the world blindly into the Atomic Hell, but rather your role is to oppose the Nuclear Weapons, and dissolve the Nuclear problem, and stand against these evils manfully like true Muslims to save this mankind from the Nuclear Doom. The world will be grateful to you for your kindness. It is far better than being cast into the Nuclear Pit like a basket of filth and be consumed. No better gift of Islamic World to this distressed mankind in the 15th Century Hijra Programme could be than the set of this work of mine published. No one country alone could do much against this Nuclear Problem. Let therefore this mankind be taught the reality of the Nuclear Problem, so that the nations coming together would chalk out a common, gradual programme to rid this world of the Nuclear Danger.

Hindus and Budhists:-

I remind you of the fact that both the Hindu Philosophy of Maya, and the Budhist Philosophy of Narvana are basically opposed to this Baconian Philosophy of modern Atomism, this modern Progress, and that the palanquin of this Modern Progress crashes right into the flames of the promonu - narq that is the Hotama. That is the Atomic Hell.

Atomists:-

I implore you to come to senses and realize your responsibility in this Nuclear Affair. Declare to the world the uncontrollability of the Nuclear Power, and improbability of any discovery that might bring the Nuclear Affair within the control of man. And preach to the world the horrible aspects of the Nuclear Hazards. And instead of designing the still more destructive Atomic Bombs, and still more powerful Reactors, leave this noxious profession, take up some other employment somewhere, and make it your mission to teach your fellow humans the nefarious reality of the Nuclear Affair. And instead of dying of Cancer in a Hospital, die as a missionary of humanitarian cause. Tell this world that the Atomic Bomb is not a weapon but it is the wrath of God. And that the Atomic War is not a war but is total annihilation of life on earth.

And now inspite of all this inducement, if this present generation of human beings would not be willing to publish this work of mine, then I pray, let this work be at least preserved in some museum, that perhaps some future generation, being in acute distress and grievous danger might seek the guidance contained therein in order to emerge from the Atomic Pit, which their preceding generations bequeathed to them as a legacy. If, however, a meter is invented, which could measure the continuous deterioration of the Nuclear Situation of the World, the increasing need of this my work could be continually measured in direct proportion.

But the question is, why a man in my position and circumstances should ever venture to undertake a work of this nature, and undergo an ordeal so lengthy and so afflictive. Why not a Russel or a William James if not a Darwin or a Spinoza? None in the world can give a satisfactory answer to this question except him who has been whipped through this ordeal. That is I. My miserable self. Why I should sacrifice every ambition. Why I should sacrifice every desire. And why I should submit myself to so excruciating an experience, while hundreds of thousands of highly learned persons with dozens of degrees of reputable universities existed in this age of knowledge and Science. When now I look back at my forty-----year-----long intellectual pilgrimage, I see no John Bunyan that could find a heart to narrate my Pilgrimage, and I fail to discern a Sigmund Freud that could own a method to subject the manner of my intellectual attainment to Psycho-analysis. Mine has been an experience which fails to find a precedent in the history of thought, provided that my particular case is examined minutely.

My answer to this question though a simple one is that I was born on 17th February 1917, with a destiny to fight this deluge of Atomic fire and save this world. 17th February, according to the Bible is the date of the eruption of Noah's deluge, though of water, against this present one, of fire. In my Childhood I saw certain visions which I now understand to be of great authenticity, and presaging great universal events in line with my mission that of saving this mankind from grievous doom in the flames of Atomic Hell. In the year 1942, my 25th and the fateful year in which the great Italian Physicist Enrico Fermi succeeded in opening the gate of Atomic fire on this mankind by his discovery of the formula of "Open Sesame" that is by his successful realization of Uranium Fission Chain Reaction in Chicago, America, I was in Mussayyib, in Iraq, in a vision recommended by the Green-turbaned Saint Al-Khedhr to Abraham for the Abrahamic Mission that of warning this world about the Atomic Hell, and exposing the actual reality of the Nuclear Problem, and teaching this world the methods of escaping the grievous Atomic Doom. I was in that vision shown extraordinary great signs of God. In the same era and in the same place I was shown the crucifix in another vision. I at that time had but negligible knowledge and extremely meagre education.

But, thereafter like a man prepossessed I took to study, and learned languages, and literatures, English, Arabic, Persian and Urdu, Philosophies, Ancient and Modern, Mathematics, its every branch, Arithmetic, Geometry and Algebra, Sciences to the Nuclear Science, Scriptures, the Quran and the Bible, the Old and the New Testament, year after year, indeed without a school and without a teacher, and always obliged to work for my subsistence, and the subsistence of a respectable family. Till in 1961 I stumbled upon the discovery of the prophetic Warning of the Quran about the atomic hell, and thereby I realized my theme, and set to the research of the subjects involved therein. You will wonder where from I received the books for study from the beginning of my course to its end forty years later. I leave this point to you to wonder about it. Books, however, in hundreds on all the various topics I received and I read them to absorb them and to meditate on the points contained therein, and to make them a piece with my mind. In 1972 I set myself to writing till in 1982 I brought my work to its finish. I have another three thousand pages of writings on various topics in Urdu and in Persian, besides these English writings, all hitherto unpublished and all in the form of Manuscripts. You can judge my labour and industry, but you cannot know of my sufferings and afflictions.

And now having the key to the future destiny of mankind and all these invaluable treasures of knowledge in my hand, the treasures which never added a groat or a penny to my pocket, I stand groping in darkness in an indifferent world, fearing that these manuscripts will be eaten away by white-ants, for I have no home, hearth, property, or wealth to secure these voluminous writings. Let this, however, be known to humanity, that if these manuscripts are eaten away by the white-ants, it is not merely the leaves of paper but it in fact is the future destiny of this mankind that the white- ants will eat away. And let this be remembered, that I place no claim on my dreams or visions. All that ought to be regarded as my personal affair. What I insist upon is the perusal of my works on their merit. If my works are published, I would prefer to be forgotten myself by the humanity. Let, however, this be known, that this work has its own power and thrust. A work claiming the power to destroy all these stockpiles of Atomic Bombs and all these arsenals of conventional weapons ought as a rule to have its own power, a power in fact greater than the stock-piles it has to destroy. Nations, therefore in this world, which will be found wanting in cooperation for the publication of this work will be subjected by the mysterious hand of providence to miseries, sufferings, and calamities emanating both from the sources secret, unknown , and open, manifest.

"One event occurred in 1945" wrote Trueman ,the President of America in his Memories (1956), " of such magnitude that it was to revolutionize our relations with the world and usher in a new era for humanity, the fruits and goals and problems of which we cannot even now fully grasp. It was the atomic bomb".

The fruits and goals and problems of the Atomic Bomb are no longer a hidden secret, the atomic destiny of this mankind is apparent. In this utter darkness flashed the declaration of Benjamin Creme about the appearance of the New Christ. Benjamin Creme declared on 24th April, 1982 in leading newspapers of the Western Countries that the New Christ lived among the Pakistani community of Bricklane, East London, and was to declare himself soon. The New Christ according to Benjamin Creme was the name of Christ Lord Maitreya and the Mehdi, the Massiah, the Kulkai Autar and the Budha in his fifth appearance. And that the Mission of his appearance is to stop the Third World War. The significance of this declaration of 1982 was equal to if not greater than the appearance of the Atomic Bomb, the Nuclear Giant Atumbumb, and let me declare outright that whatever might have been the guiding Media of Benjamin Creme, I and  only I, was the object of Benjamin Creme's declaration. It is not the name or the title with which Benjamin Creme addressed his saviour, rather it is the mission assigned to him that counts. To stop the Third World War, which actually means to annul the possibility of nuclear ruin of the world is my mission and mine alone in the world at these present times. The name or the title which Benjamin Creme has assigned to the expected saviour of this present world, namely, the Christ Lord Maitreya, or the Mehdi or Kulkai Autar or the Budha, does not matter and may even prove detrimental to the actual mission, which in itself is frightfully tremendous. Refer to the Gospel about the second coming of Christ. The Christ said:-

"Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there, believe it not. For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets and shall shew great signs and wonders; in so much that, it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. Behold, I have told you before. Wherefore if they shall say unto you, behold, he is in the desert; go not forth; behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not. For as the lightening cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the son of man be. For wherever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together".

                        (ST Mathew- Chapter XXIV-23-28)

Read also the entire Chapter-XXIV and with care. There is a full world of interpretation and explanation therein. But here I have no time to go into the detail. Exert yourself to understand.

Failure of Benjamin Creme in finding his new Christ among the Pakistani community of Bricklane, East London, disproved the possibility of any preplanned scheme or planting a person there beforehand, or a conspiracy against any nation. Success of Benjamin Creme in spotting out his New Christ there, in Bricklane would have meant to the world a mere hoax, and a plot. And also even the Christ would have failed in gaining acceptance of the Christian and the Non-Christian world. I had yearned long before Benjamin Creme's declaration after London for the presentation of my case there, but the lack of means had prevented me. And in all probability I would have stayed in the Pakistani ghetto of Bricklane, East London. And Benjamin Creme would have had no difficulty in recognizing me there. But my presentation to the world like that would have ruined my mission in the ensuing controversy about the title that of Christ. The declaration of Benjamin Creme, however has proved beyond any doubt that none in the world today existed to claim the title of Christ. And because none in the world today exists to claim the mission that of annulling the possibility of the nuclear ruin of the world, except me, I declare to the world my mission, without giving any consideration to the nomenclative specificity in these present circumstances of the world, and this present attitude of mankind about the divinity or spiritual ordainment.

Why, the question is, did Benjamin Creme's guiding Media fail to point out the exact whereabouts of the object of his prophecy, for when his colleague Chris Kellan searched for the new Christ among the Pakistani community of Bricklane in East London, England. I was among the Pakistani community, of Nawab Abad, Wah Cantt. Distt Rawalpindi, Pakistan, fuming, fretting, chafing about my mission. The answer to this question is, that had Benjamin Creme's satellite led him to where I then was, just as the star of the wisemen of the East had led them where the child Christ then lay in Bethlehem, and had Benjamin Creme pointed me there out and declared me as the Mehdi, that would have meant to me a Judas Kiss, and I just like every other pretender to the title of Mehdi among the Muslims these days would have come to a grievous instantaneous end, while the affair would have been published as a conspiracy of some Western Anti-Islamic Lobby against the world of Islam. The most baffling question, however, is why Benjamin Creme had not made sure of the presence of the object of his prophecy beforehand in London, he himself living in London, before venturing at so costly and so convulsive a declaration to the world? Surely he could not be regarded as so devoid of sense. Why after throwing the expecting world into convulsions he should confess his failure to find his new Christ in Bricklane? The only feasible answer to this question could be that the scheming hand of providence deluded him into such a baffling mistake, but why? Only to see Benjamin Creme's declaration made to the world. Again why? Because if Benjamin Creme had made a search beforehand, and had failed to spot his object in Bricklane, he surely would have abandoned his intention, while the providence intended to bring my mission into the presence of the world through Benjamin Creme's declaration.

Benjamin Creme did neither lie, nor was he a victim of a false hallucination. Upon me now it is to vindicate his honour before the world, and to assuage his pangs of agony. Let him communicate with me on the following address:-

Allama Muhammad Yousuf Gabriel Gabriel's Publications, (Idara Tasnifate Gabriel) Main Bazar, Nawababad, Wah Cantt. Distt  Rawalpindi (Pakistan).

And let him know that I have sent him a letter on 23rd June 1982 C/O Information Centre Amsterdam, and Tara Press London, and Tara Centre New York, and the Tara Centre N.Holliwood ,USA. I do not know whether it reached him or not. Nor do I know in what state of mind is he now. I call upon him to cheer up. His name will go in history like a sparkling star in the new age. God willing indeed.

Poor Benjamin Creme's declaration of the appearance of Christ was as could have been expected lost in the jeers of a disbelieving crowd. The world still entertains hopes in Science and Political Sagacity to avoid atomic war. The atomic weapons are still locked up in stockpiles. And but a few reactors are at present functioning throughout the world. They could accept the Christ only when the degree of their panic has reached a mark where they'll cry in panic for a saviour. May be only under the hails of atomic bombs it is that this mankind will realize the reality of this Baconian Culture and the necessity of a saviour, but then it will be too late. No saviour could neutralize the irreparable ill-effects of Nuclear War.

If Christ would descend from Heaven in these days, he would find himself in the custody of border post, as a derelict, with no passport and without a nationality and therefore a persona ingratia, Mehdi would have a short shift among the Muslims. Messiah of the Jews would be required to sit on the throne of David and Restore Kingdom to the Jews. Kulkai Autar will find it hard to fix his role in India, while Budha will see all his previous realm to be occupied by Socialists. And remember they are all of them anti-materialists. It is impossible for them to allow particularly this Baconian Modern Progress, judging it to be the root-cause of all the trouble and a basis for the Nuclear Ruin. It is unrealistic to expect any of them to come to a compromise with this Baconian Culture. And no joy is there for the Christ in the Christian banners planted on the moon or the mars. They reflect the glory not of Christ but of Francis Bacon. And let it be realized, that these stockpiles could not be evaporated, nor this nuclear problem could be dissolved by the spiritual breath or mere prayers. Nay, but a practical anti-revolution substantial basis is necessary to neutralize this process which has reached this stage of Nuclear Annihilation. The revolution shall have to be conducted on the principle of Anti-thesis. And the revolution will be as great and as universal as has been that which has brought his world to the brink of nuclear ruin. This will need a book of guidance which I have produced after a life-long labour. Christ too will need a book like this, to guide the revolution. It is high time, however, for spiritual saviours to arrive, because this world now stands on the brink of utter ruin, and the atomic war may at any moment begin to declare the end of this world .What they will come for after the ruin?. Whom will they then address? The cities in ruins? Whom will they then guide? The lurking radiations?

People of this age!

you are a people, callous-hearted and merciless without a precedent in human history. The proof is your Atomic Bombs, incendiary bombs and plague bombs. If you are destroyed by these bombs, it is only justice, since you have made these bombs yourself to destroy fellow humans. But the Merciful God still has shown his special mercy in the production of a work of guidance, which I have produced in this Dark Age. Show gratitude therefore and accept this work of mine and publish it, that perhaps you might be saved from a most painful and a most disgraceful end in the flames of the nuclear jehannah.

It was on 5th May 1980, that I sent an article to fifteen of the leading Physicists all over the world. The article contained the scientific characterization of the atomic phenomenon to be found in an antique book that was actually the Quran. I sent the characterization on condition that if it were attested by the Physicists, I would declare to the world the formula of neutralizing the fire of atomic hell as is contained in the same book. The names of these celebrities are, Dr. Edward Teller, Dr. Gerald Fredrick Tape, Dr. wolfgang Kurt, Hermann Panofsky, all of America; Sir Dennys Haigh Wilkinson, Dr. Rendel Sebastian Pease, Dr. Arthur Wick, all of Britain; Statens Karnakreat Inspection of Stockholm Sweden, International Atomic Energy of Vienna, Austria; Dr. Robert Pompe of Berlin, German Democratic Republics; Dr. Jacques Yvon of France; Dr. Nolufusa Sainto, Dr. Yukawa Hideki, Dr. Sasaki Yoshitake, all of Japan; Dr. Andrey Dmitryerick, Kakaror of Moscow, USSR. and Chairman of Atomic Energy Government of India, Bombay. Cast a glance on the list and you'll see the essence of the world of Physicists represented therein. None of them sent me the attestation or rejection. Three only, namely, Shirely Petty, Secretary to Dr. Edward Teller, Statens Stockholm, and R.S.Pease of England acknowledged the receipt of my article, for which I bless them and give them thanks. Let all these my Physicist addressees know, that may article was a historical and epoch-making one. It envisaged the end of an age and the beginning of a new, different one, and it was a wonder of scientific characterization. If it had reached them and is still with them, let them read it. I believe that if they will persue it with that care which is due to it, they possess the knowledge required to appreciate it. It will gain in significance day by day. My offer to them still holds, for not these fifteen only, but for the entire community of scientists. Times are coming that scientist community will be of the most enthusiastic votaries of my views about Science.

It was on 5th May 1982 that I sent my letters to fifteen of the dignitaries all over the world. Of these three are Presidents, namely of America, Russia and Libya; three are Prime Ministers, namely, of India, Canada and Japan. One is a King, namely of Saudi Arabia. His Majesty King Khalid, may he blessed by Allah,  he is no more with us. Two are religious heads, namely Ayatullah Khumeni of Iran, and His Holiness the Pope of Rome. Five are Arab Sheikhs, namely their Excellencies of Kuwait, Abu-Dhabi, Bahrain, Dubai and Sharjah. And of course the Secretary General of UNO Mr. Jevier Perez De Cuellor. Of these one only hitherto has replied, namely, the Prime Minister of Canada. I heartily thank him and bless him. Although, it is quite natural that a letter from an obscure citizen could hardly gain attention of so high ranking and Pre-occupied personages as these, yet the eye of a connoisseur could hardly fail to judge the exceptional character of the epistle, unfortunately, however, letters considered of little significance are not presented to such high dignitaries. If my letter has been received by them and is still with them in record, let them, I pray, be so kind as to read it, for it holds the destinies of this mankind, as well of their respective countries. My request to them still holds, and I expect them to perform their role in this affair according to their high office and influence. I had requested in my letter to the Secretary General of UNO that I should be invited to the second session of UNO about the Armament Race, and I received no reply. I ask Mr. De Cuellor, how much success has been achieved in that session. Nay, let Mr. De cuellor note, that the result of the 22nd session will be no better. It was for me, and for me alone to speak there, if any light or any result was aimed at. To some of these my dignified addressees I had made an appeal for funds for the publication of my work. With all that respect which is due to them I request them to realize that to have wealth and ignore the precautionary measures against the atomic war is no wise policy. One atomic war will destroy all the existing wealth on earth, while a little wealth spent in the publication of my work may save all the rest. My request for funds still holds. I have to offer my apology, to the rest of the Heads of the States of the world and worthies for not sending my letter to them. It was only because my means did not allow me. How I managed to pay for the postage for the letters which I have sent, is a tale too sad to tell.

During the last few months, I sent the list of the names of my books to a number of publishers of England and America. Some sent their apologies and good wishes, others did not reply. Perhaps the names of the books are too formidable for a publisher of these times to consider. While my obscurity perhaps added to their doubts. And may be there are other factors too. It is hard for me to ignore their business or sentimental considerations. In their case I can neither behave as a despot nor can feign myself inconsiderate. But what they cannot at this stage see, and I see, is that these my works are of immortal nature, and are of a genuine universal interest. The entire world will long to read them at least the first edition will go as they say like hot cakes all over the earth. Thereafter, the merit of the work will be the factor.

And though I have no complaint against the publishers, I have a very genuine complaint against the newspapers of the West, particularly of Britain and America. Not a word of all that I have hitherto sent to them has been considered as fit for publication in those esteemed papers of such countries as have had a reputation for granting a right of view to everyone without prejudice. They may be requested to correct their attitude toward me, despite all the apparent pungency and causticity of views.

And in the end, now, allow me to invite the attention of the elite of this world, to the now historic letter which Einstein wrote on August 2, 1939 to Roosevelt, the American President inviting his attention to the possibility of making a bomb, million times more powerful than the conventional bomb, as then was indicated by some work of Fermi and Szillard on Uranium Fission. The possibility was seriously explored by the US Government and of course the bomb was successfully made. The bomb before which the entire mankind now stands trembling in terror for life, I on July 21st of 1982 invite the attention of the horrified mankind to the possibility of destroying that terrific bomb as is indicated by the prophecy of the Quran about the atomic hell. Farewell now, fellow humans! I appeared in this world like a stranger. I lived all this life in this world like a stranger. My sojourn in this earth may end any moment. I have no particular quality to show, except sincerity and sympathy. How dearly I wish that you recognized it before my departure. I bless you, under pray to God, that He save you from the dreadful atomic doom, and may you and your children live in peace and prosperity and in the memory of God and the other world for ever. Amen. If my work is not published during my life-time, it will certainly be published one day to save this world from the nuclear doom. Therefore try to preserve it for the sake of your children, children’s children, children's children's children.

Farewell to you all and Good-by.

CHAPTER- 7

GABRIEL'S FIFTEENTH CENTURY HIJRA ANTI-NUKE GIFT TO THE WORLD

Dated: 4.7.1982

I have to offer an amulet that guards against the nuclear annihilation and saves this world from the painful atomic doom, a world which stands trembling for fear of the horrific monster, the fiery giant atumbumb that has been conjured up by the mankind itself, and would not be managed. Horrific might be the experience of death and destruction of this mankind in the flames of the atomic hell, that is the atomic bombs and atomic radiations, but this mankind has to be told yet of another aspect far more horrific than the mere destruction in the flames of atomic hell, namely ,that they who deserved the flames of atomic hell of this transient world will find in the next eternal world, even if they happened to escape this transient atomic hell, the eternal atomic hell (Al-Hotama of the next eternal world lying in wait for them).

The moral, logical, economic and scientific view of this present day world reveals without any ambiguity, that no alternative now remains for this mankind, but either to vanish suddenly under the hails of the atomic bombs deservedly, or to perish slowly, lingeringly, miserably under the stings of deadly radiations, also deservedly, unless indeed the attention is given to discovering and removing the root-causes of the nuclear problem. No efforts to avoid the nuclear hazard in the existing circumstances without severing the root-causes will bear any lasting fruit. Reagan-Brezhnev Peace Treaties will prove of no lasting avail. Nor will this current anti-nuclear weapons movement of the masses in western countries, even if it succeeded in achieving the freeze on nuclear weapons-will eventually prove of any permanent validity, for, to pluck the fruit of a tree is no guarantee that the fruit will not grow again in the next season. Confusion, however, ever increasing confusion, anarchy, ever-increasing anarchy, ever-spreading disturbances and wars in the world till the last moment of the universal flare up of the atomic hell could be predicted by anyone endued with average sense.

In the fast increasing panic of the distressed world, rumors of the appearance of Christ, Mehdi, Messiah, Kulkai Autar and Budha may be heard. On the other hand, anyone declaring himself as the Mehdi among the Muslims will instantly find himself in the prison, to be presented to the doctor for mental check up, and will thereafter be heard of no more. Likewise if Christ descended from the heaven in these days to lead this new age, he will find himself in the lock up as a suspect without a passport and without a nationality on a border post. The Messiah of the Jews will be expected to sit on the throne of David and restore the kingdom of the Jews. Buddha will find his previous realm in the possession of socialists, and it appears hard to make a guess on the role of the Kulkai Autar in India in these present circumstances of that country.

This world today is beset with the nuclear problem which means every thing to this world of today. Obviously any of these Divine personages on appearance in this world would be obliged to tackle this very problem. The question is how this problem of problems could be tackled? By freezing the atomic weapons with some spiritual power? No. By preaching to the nations to destroy atomic weapons and forget their quarrels? No. The appearance of the atomic bombs is the logical and scientific result of a substantial process. The disappearance of the atomic bombs could only possibly be caused by an anti-process, on the principle of anti-thesis. True reality of the nuclear problem and the picture of its hazards ought to be published in the world. The root-causes of the problem ought to be discovered and the methods of severing them investigated. Unfortunately the masses, as well as the non-scientist intelligentsia of the world are totally ignorant of the subject of atomic science. The subject though in its rudimentary stage, yet is inexpressibly intricate and complex: Enough, however, is known to show the degree of the danger, and the reality of the hazards. False optimism of the scientist and the non-scientist is another malady to be remedied.

The following volumes in English all unpublished, could serve the purpose.

All these volumes are the interpretation and the explanation of a 36 word prophecy, rather warning of the Quran about the atomic hell (Quran-104-Al-Homaza) whose transitory and temporal representation, this hell of atomic bombs and atomic radiations happens to be. This prophecy of the Quran is a miracle undeniable, and is an irrefutable proof of the divine original of the Quran. It is Noah's ark for this deluge of atomic fire, and is the sole guidance of its kind and unfailing guidance to avoid the nuclear hell, for it shows the causes of the trouble. The sages of this age on the other hand prescribe a remedy of the nuclear ill which is like adding the fuel to the kiln in order to extinguish the fire. No anti-nuclear movement, nor any endeavour to revive the religion could succeed in this age unless the guidelines shown by this prophecy be adopted. My conceit of this work, this interpretation of the prophecy is that all the intellectual celebrities of this modern age combined would find it hard to produce the like of it, which indeed by the Grace of Al-Mighty Allah I have produced single-handed and alone.

Non-Muslims may take aversion to the name of the Quran. True, but surely if this mankind has had a mere glimpse of that grisly, the fiery giant atumbumb, they might rush into the lap of even the devil, if some hope of a refuge were there. But be it known, that though the Quran it is that has initiated the case, yet it is the science, that has furnished the criterion of judgment, and no one takes aversion to the name of science. The Bible too has found its due share. Nay, even the Hindu philosophy of Maya, and the Buddhist philosophy of Narvana have received the place therein. No one country alone could do much against the nuclear trouble. Let these volumes be published in the world, so that this mankind knowing the reality of the trouble and realizing the nature of the hazard, might come together and chalk out some collective programme to rid this world of the nuclear danger.

If you knew my position and my circumstances or the past forty years you would wonder as to why and how a man like me should write such books, heaping up the manuscript after manuscript without ever caring to get any of them published. For forty years I laboured at a stretch day in day out. In my twenty fifth year I commenced my studies. Languages, literatures, philosophies, sciences and scriptures I learned, indeed without a school or a teacher, and with no worldly end, and always obliged to earn my livelihood by some or the other honest means. In 1974, I set my pen to writing. In 1977 I was in the act of writing the first great volume of my series. In 1982 I finished my work. It was a forty year long pilgrimage of suffering, and affliction that no Bunyan could have a heart to narrate, while no Freud was there to find a method of psychological analysis to judge the method of my intellectual achievement.

The answer to this lengthy question is not as lengthy. In the year 1942, my twenty fifth year, and the fateful year in which Enrico Fermi, the great Italian physicist had by his successful realization of uranium fission chain reaction happened to open the gate of atomic fire on the world, I was in Mussayyib, a place in Iraq, in a vision recommended by the Green Turbaned Al-Khedhr to Abraham for the Abrahamic mission of warning this mankind about the atomic hell in an endeavour to save them. Thereafter I struggled for my mission like a man possessed. In the same period and in the same country I was shown the crucifix in another vision. But let it be remembered, that I crave for no titles, and I ask for no rewards. But what I insist upon is the work which I have produced. This is exactly in line with this age of science and knowledge. I need not incur entanglements by claims and pretentions. My mission is dearer to me than my person.

Yet the affair is not such easy and as light as I have tried to make it. If this work is not published due to the indifference or neglect of this mankind, the consequence is no other than a roaring, braying, blazing atomic hell. The Muslims, the followers of the Quran might expect the double, rather treble share of the punishment. In this world they will go down into the flames of the atomic hell along with the rest of the nations. In the next world they will stand answerable for depriving this mankind of the sole guidance for deliverance from the atomic hell. What I need is the funds for the publication of this work. And allow me to say in the end, that as long as this work remains unpublished the Islamic world may be regarded as sitting on the muffled up mouth of alive volcano that may erupt any moment, nor could the non-Muslim world regard itself totally absolved of the responsibility of the publication of this work. It is an international problem, and the danger is for all. Again, they might not believe in the Quran, but they do believe in science which furnishes the criterion of judgment in this work. And by the way my date of birth is 17th February 1917, and 17th February has been the date of Noah's flood. This present flood is only of fire, nuclear fire.

CHAPTER-8

ATOMISM THROUGH ATOM TO ATOMIC HELL AND MYMISSION

Dated: 8.3.1982

Atomic hell that is the atomic bombs and atomic radiations is the logical, philosophical and scientific end of Bacon's philosophy of modern atomism, and has appeared as the consequence of the process of modern Baconian progress, and therefore is inevitable. And now no alternative is left to this mankind other than, either to suddenly perish under the hails of atomic bombs deservedly, or to perish under the stings or radiations of the atomic-energy-for-peace, slowly, lingeringly, deservedly. I have been assigned the mission, the crucial mission of warning this mankind against the impending atomic catastrophe. For this purpose I have been guided to show miracles in the light of scriptures. Pay heed to my work or be prepared to perish in an unprecedntly painful and disgraceful doom. And read the following:-

1.     BACON'S PHILOSOPHY OF MODERN ATOMISM

Devil to Adam in paradise promised eternal dominion and knowledge of good and evil and induced him to taste the fruit of the forbidden tree and thus caused his expulsion from paradise. Bacon to Adam's posterity assured that dominion over the forces of nature was their natural destiny, to be achieved through the pursuit of natural philosophy in the light of experimental science for material benefit in an endeavour to prepare a paradise on earth in lieu of the one forfeited by Adam. The people instead of a paradise found themselves in the hell of atomism. Devil had said to Adam, the tree of knowledge was forbidden to him lest he should become a God. Bacon said, to Adam's posterity, Adam was not forbidden the pursuit of natural philosophy, he was rather commanded by God to continue that pursuit, but he was forbidden the taste of the fruit of the tree of knowledge of good and evil. The pursuit of moral philosophy was therefore to repeat the transgression of Adam. It was to tread on the forbidden track. Bacon's philosophy may thus be seen as antithetic to the philosophy of revealed religion, which is based on moral philosophy. For reference read Bacon's "Advancement of Learning", and the relative views of revealed religion.

2.    MODERN SCIENCE-GUIDED PROGRESS BASED ON BACON'S PHILOSOPHY OF MODERN ATOMISM.

Few in the world have heard Bacon's name. Fewer still have read his works. But none have realized the reality of Bacon's philosophy. Today the entire world follows Bacon's philosophy. Baconian philosophy has surpassed every philosophy in prevalence and has supplanted most. This modern progress is based on Bacon's philosophy. It is a process with characteristics, rules, stages and an end. Remember, it is continuous, organized, systematic, ever-increasing and infinite. Understand these characteristics and realize the consequences. Because it is ever-increasing, it will by and by occupy man's mind and time, expelling gradually every other thought, particularly the thought of the other world which stands in opposition to it. Because this progress is infinite. It is bound to expel the thought of religion completely. Religion as is known is primarily based on the precept of the other world. Religion therefore cannot allow such a progress until it is willing to sign its own death warrant. Either religion therefore or this modern progress.

This modern science too is continuous, organized, systematic, ever-increasing and infinite. Every body in this world today cherishes a belief that this science and this science-guided progress will continue to increase and develop for-ever, ad-infinitum. Such a notion is not only basically fallacious, but also is indicative of ignorance of the present signs and vivid manifestations. Ever-weakening faith, moral depravity, ever-increasing anarchy and particularly the atomic phenomenon are the factors that speak against the eternity of this progress. They envisage rather a sudden catastrophic destruction of this progress, and this mankind along with it. The dwarfish conqueror of steam and electricity may now be seen against the fiery giant atumbumb in a combat, and surely the fierce giant will consume him, or else the atomic radiations of the atomic energy-for-peace will destroy him slowly.

Remember, the atomic war cannot be infinitely avoided. And know that there is no possible defence against the atomic bomb. The dream of atomic utopia is a dream that will be shattered with the first bang of the atomic bomb. And in case the nuclear war is successfully deployed, the radiations from the reactors of the atomic-energy-for-peace, in the age of full- fledged atomic energy will bring about the destruction of mankind in a lingering, painful manner. The fast-approaching exhaustion of the sources of energy will compel the world to adopt atomic energy with dire, inevitable consequences. To furnish the masses with means of protection against radiations is an impossibility and there is neither any control on radiations, nor the leak-proof and explosion-proof reactors could be designed. It is a gross violation of the rules of the general methodology of science to recommend or to allow the use of atomic energy before achieving any control over its inherent radiation.

Radiations mutate genes irreparably, irreversibly. Mutated genes move generation to generation secretly to manifest their existence at last in the form of abnormal birth. This abnormality being inheritable, monsters beget monsters. The types and numbers of these monstrosities increase through marriage AD-INFINTUM till large populations are involved to change this earth into a huge hospital of cancer-ridden chimeras. There is no means of detecting or destroying mutated genes. There is no sure cure for radiation sickness. And nothing whatsoever could be done from the beginning to the end. That this mankind now is helplessly being dragged in the net of industrio-economic set up toward the atomic hell.

The followers of religions confound the act of religious contemplation with the scientific contemplation of this modern progress, and they are mistaken. They fail to differentiate between the object of the contemplation of the works of God as is given by the religious books and as is undertaken by this modern science in this progress. Religion therefore will not be able to save this world from the consequence of this mode of the contemplation of the works of God, that is the atomic hell. The tragedy will happen not for abiding by the view of religion, but for misunderstanding the view thereof. It is still time to think.

3.    THE ANTICHRISTIC FEATURES OF THIS BACONIAN CULTURE

This modern Baconian culture, and this modern progress, and this modern science, individually and collectively show all the characteristic features of that Antichrist which was exactly prophesied and minutely described by the Holy Prophet of Islam, (peace be upon him). I say not that it is that very same antichrist which was described by the Holy Prophet, but what I cannot desist from saying is that it deserves opposition before it has cast this mankind into the miserable ditch of atomic perdition.

4.         QURAN TREATS THIS PROPHECY OF MODERN ATOMISM

Quran says:-

"Woe to every back-biter, defamer, who amasseth the wealth (of this world) and arrangeth, it (against the future). He thinketh that his wealth will render him immortal. Nay, for verily he will be cast into Al-Hotama. And what could teach thee what Al-Hotama is? It is fire of Allah enkindled, which leapeth up unto the hearts. It is (a fire) closed in on them in outstretched columns".

                                    (Quran 104-Al-Homaza)

Slander, engrossment in the pursuit of wealth, and a belief in the eternity of this process of wealth-increase, that is this progress are the three causes given by the Quran as responsible for the appearance of the hell of Hotama. All these three evils are the basic characteristics of this modern Baconian culture of a modern atomism. Hotama is the atomic hell.  The atomic hell of this transient world (that is the atomic bombs and atomic radiations) is the temporal representation of that eternal atomic hell which is in the next eternal world. And because the causes of both these types of atomic hell are identical, therefore they who deserved this worldly atomic hell will be cast into the eternal Hotama of the next world, even if they had escaped this worldly atomic hell. Hotama may be seen described by the Quran. It is a definition and description of atomic phenomenon far beyond human ability. Einstein would have marvelled. It is by the grace of God Almighty my own discovery, and is known to none else. I have ready with me now twelve volumes comprising more than two thousand pages, that interpret and explain this 36 word prophecy of the Quran. This prophecy of the Quran is a miracle that proves the divine original of the Quran and other scriptures. It is a miracle undeniable by the scientist, although science itself denies the possibility of a miracle. It is the sole guidance to lead this mankind out of the atomic hell. And it is the Noah's ark for this deluge of atomic fire.

5.         THE ABRAHAMIC MISSION IS ASSIGNED TO ME

In the year 1942, my 25th year, the year in which Enrico Fermi opened the gate of atomic fire on the world by his successful realization of fission chain reaction of Uranium in Chicago. I, in Mussayyib in Iraq was assigned the Abrahamic Mission on the recommendation of the Green turbaned Saint Al-Khedhr to Abraham. In the same period appeared before my eyes the image of the crucifix. I, at that time had little knowledge. Of the Quran I could read only without knowing its meanings. But from 1942 to 1982 was a period of incessant study of languages, literatures, philosophies, sciences and scriptures, indeed without a school or a teacher, and always under the necessity of earning my livelihood. It is a lengthy tale of a gruesome struggle so painful that no Bunyan could have a heart to narrate this pilgrimage. Nor Freud could have method to analyze the intellectual achievement. In 1961 the discovery of the prophecy of the Quran mentioned above appeared to me. In 1972 I set myself to writing on the subject, and in 1982 I have besides other works completed, Gabriel's extinguishing the atomic hell series, in English as follows:-

All these volumes are unpublished as yet. And remember that I neither have a claim nor a pretension. Read my works and judge. Nor do I base these writings on the divine authority of the Quran or the Bible. The knowledge is the criterion. Both the scriptures and science have participated and had a fair play and have supported each other, throughout. The blame may be seen drifting toward Man. Poor, unfortunate creature.

CHAPTER-9

THE QURAN PHENOMENALLY CHARACTERI-ZES THE ATOMIC HELLAND AVERTS IT

Dated: 15-3-1982

A miracle in the field of atomic science and atomism, a miracle undeniable, and the only irrefutable proof of Quran's divine original, and the only guidance to escape the atomic doom, indeed, Noah's Ark in this fiery deluge of atomism, and a redeemer of mankind from this temporal atomic hell as well as its original prototype the eternal atomic hell (Hotama) of the next world...the causes of both these forms of atomic hell being identical ---- this 36 word prophecy of the Quran by the Grace of Merciful Allah is my own discovery with my three thousand pages explanation of it. Read. The Quran says:"Woe to every backbiter, defamer, who amasseth wealth (of this world) and arrangeth it (against the future). He thinketh that his wealth will remain with him for ever. Nay, for, verily he will be cast into Al-Hotama. And what could teach thee what Al-Hotama is? It is fire of Allah enkindled which leapeth up onto the hearts. It is (a fire) closed in on them in outstretched columns".  (Quran -104- Al-Homaza).

Observe now the description of this modern progress of Baconian atomism by the Quran. Quran says.

1.         "Backbiter and Defamer".

Atomism, both ancient and modern is a doctrinal slander against divine religion. The spirit of critical rationalism, the distinguishing philosophical standard of this modern Baconian age against every premodern age, being perverted to critical slander, and permeating through every phase of human affair, had rendered this age as the age of calumny with its intellectualized slander named propaganda. This age itself is the age of slander. See slander every where, slander, every-way slander.

2.         The Quran says, “He amasseth wealth (of this world) and arrangeth it against the future".

Observe this modern, continuous systematic, organized, ever-increasing, infinite and universal process of wealth-accumulation and increase, and its arrangement for future as distinct from the system of every premodern age.

3.         The Quran says, "He thinketh that his wealth will for ever remain with him".

Observe man's faith in the continued eternity of this modern progress.

4.         The Quran says, "Nay, for verily he will be flung into Al-Hotama".

Atomic hell as the logical and scientific consequence of this Baconian progress has now appeared. And now observe the distinguishing phenomenal characteristics of atomic phenomenon against every other phenomenon, chemical, electrical, gravitational in this passage of the Quran.

1.         The Quran says, "Hotama". Hotama literally means a crusher, and so is the atomic phenomenon. It crushes basic atomic structure irreparably. It destroys atomic nucleus. In no other phenomenon atomic nucleus is so much as touched. The atomic energy is generated by merely breaking the binding of the atomic nucleus. No other kind of energy is generated in this manner. Atomic radiations follow the suit. They cause nuclear transmutations of atoms in inanimate matter while in living bodies they break cell nucleus chromosomes irreparably. This atomic phenomenon is an absolute, universal crusher. Both the basic building block of the universe that is atom and the basic unit of life that is cell nucleus are absolutely irreparably crushed. All the three manifestations of atomic bomb that is Heat-flash, blast and radiations are crushers. Heat-flash crushes the hearts of exposed persons. The blast crushes structures, while radiations crush atomic nuclei and cell nuclei.

The appreciation of the Term BREMSTRAHLUNG by the Physicists as highly descriptive when first coined by the Germans for continuous spectrum of rays implied the realization of the crushing trait of atomic phenomenon by the physicists, for, the term literally meant breaking radiation. To this may be added Rutherford's surprise recorded in his diary after his famous experiment of bombarding the Gold Foil with Alpha Particles. “It was the most incredible event that ever happened to me in my life. It was as incredible as if you fired a 15 inch shell at a piece of tissue paper and it came back and hit you", wrote Rutherford.

Observe the words like " Bombarding, hitting, smashing, crushing, breaking" etc in the standard text books of atomic physics, and mark the phrases like " Target Concept, direct action, indirect action, snapping the cable with a bullet, breaking the chromosomes", and sentences like "Radiations hit the cell like a sledge hammer and crush them", in the standard text books of radiobiology. And in the end mark the phonetic as well as functional identity that exists between the atoma of the scientists and the Hotama of the Quran and wonder.

2.         The Quran says, "Hotama is fire". And so also is the atomic phenomenon exclusively a phenomenon of energy, and energy is fire. Atomic bomb also is fire. So also are radiations. Baquerrel, the discoverer of Radioactivity was the first to experience a burn on his skin next to the pocket in which he had carried a phial of Radium. The term cross-fire is used in Radiotherapy. The Quran says, "Hotama is fire of Allah". The atomic hell has appeared as the result of the worldly ungodly philosophy of Baconian atomism and its Baconian progress as retribution.

4.         The Quran says, “Hotama  is a fire which leaps up onto the hearts".

Atomic phenomenon actually is the nuclear phenomenon, for, the atomic nucleus is involved. This again is a distinguishing feature of the atomic phenomenon, for, no other phenomenon is nuclear. In no other phenomenon nucleus is ever touched. Quran's description of atomic fire that is a fire which leaps up onto the hearts or appears in the hearts is confirmed merely by uttering the word, nuclear, since the nucleus and heart are synonymous, and both the orthodox physicists and standard text books of atomic physics frequently use the word heart for nucleus. Two examples only will suffice.

(a)        " Each fast particle comes from the break -up of the very Heart of a single atom --- the nucleus ---of the radioactive material".

(Vide Physics - Physical Science Study Society Committee -- second edition --D.C.Heath and Company Lexington Massachusetts. July 1965 page 130).

(b)        " How many nuclear heart-beats are in the life-time of a radioactive nucleus which lasts only billionth of a second".

            (Ibid page 21, Short Problems).

Teller in 1939 spoke of taking energy from the heart of atom. The atomic radiations follow the suit and have their actions in the nuclei of atoms and cells. The most spectacular spectacle of atomic fire's leaping up over the hearts may be viewed in the thermonuclear device wherein the fire produced by the inner fission device is being directed onto the nuclei that is the hearts of the outer fusile material. The term thermonuclear is the scientific version of the statement of the Quran, namely, a fire which leaps up onto the hearts. Radiations show a discernible preference for the heart and all that is related to the heart in a living body. They affect the coordination of the function at the level where it is beyond the control of the brain. The bone-marrow and all the blood-forming organs are more sensitive to the effect of radiation than the brain, the nerves and the muscles. The blood relation of bone-marrow and blood-forming organs with heart is known. All the multi-cellular organisms are more sensitive to the effect of radiation than all the unicellular organisms. That the former have a more elaborate circulatory and respiratory system than the latter is well Known. Known also is the blood relation of circulatory and respiratory system with heart. The action of radiation is retarded in the absence of oxygen and the blood-relation of oxygen with heart is known. Lastly the heat-flash of the atomic bomb explosion kills its victim through shock to the heart. And Wordsworth has an excellent couplet to show the heart-atom relation. He laments :-

"To let a creed built in the heart of things

            Dissolve before a twinkling atomy".

5.         The Quran says," Hotama is a fire closed in on them". The atomic phenomenon shows peculiar and distinctive characteristic of encompassing. The inverted cauldron like form of the atomic bomb explosion, the continuous series of enclosures of local and global type of radioactive fallout, the relentless tenacity of the bone-seeking radio-active materials settled in the bones, the appearance of cancers six to thirty six years after the actual exposure to radiation, the appearance of the effects in anaphase inspite of the attack of radiation on the cell in the resting state of the cell, the encompassment of the whole body by the radiation even if only one organ of the body is irradiated, the survival of the lethally irradiated frogs from many months instead of dying in the usual time interval that of three to six weeks if kept in a dormant state at a low temperature just above freezing point, and the appearance of radiation symptoms as soon as these irradiated frogs are warmed up, and the occurrence of their death thereafter in the usual time interval that of three to six weeks, Alexander Haddow's suggestion that the cancer-producing action of the cancer-producing substances might be the result of prolonged interference with normal growth, the encompassment by radiation of mankind to generation, even to their extinction through long-term radio-genetic effects, and the encompassment of this earth by radiation in the age of full-fledged atomic-energy-for-peace are some of the facts which indicate the distinct encompassing features of atomic phenomenon.

6.         The Quran says, “in outstretched columns".

Besides the symbolically distinctive features of the outstretched column associated with the atomic bomb explosion, the atomic phenomenon has yet another side of this aspect, namely that the world of radioactivity may be regarded as a world of columns. The 4 cm rise of the Alpha Particle would appear as a formidable column if the size of the particle is seen in comparison to the height it has assumed. A football rising in the same ratio to its size would disappear in the skies. The cosmic rays present a spectacle of amazing columns in showers, having heights that may cause man's imagination to reel.

7.         The Description of Hotama (the atomic hell) by the Holy Prophet of Islam:-

Allah will send angels equipped with covers of fire, and nails of fire, and columns of fire. They will cover the doomed with covers of fire, and will transfix them with nails of fire, and then will stretch the columns of fire upward above them. The entire phenomenon will be made so air-tight that not a whiff of delight will enter from without, nor a trace of agony will escape from within. Allah will forget them on His throne, and will cut them off from His mercy. The inmates of paradise will begin to enjoy the boons of Allah. The inmates of hell will cease to cry for help, and the speech will then come to an end. Their speech will then be (as the sound of) inhaling and exhaling.

                                    (Quoted from Al-Jallalain)

Now the atomic bomb explosion is a cover of fire, radiations are nails of fire. The out-stretched columns of fire miles high are a spectacle of atomic bomb explosion. No better description of atomic hell could be expected.

8.         The Quran says, "What could teach thee What Al-Hotama is?". This mode of interrogation implies terribleness of the phenomenon according to the early commentators of the Quran. To this may be added the extreme complexity of the subject of atomic science. The same question today, namely, "What could teach thee what atomic science is"? could be put to the leading atomists, and their reply would invariably be, "Nothing". So meagre is man's knowledge of atomic science and so complex is atomic science.

CHAPTER-10

THE ENCOUNTER OF ISLAMIC REVOLUTION WITH THE ATOMIC HELL

During the last three centuries and a half, that is since the appearance of this philosophy of modern atomism, the spirit of religion has been gradually sapped by the ever-increasing influence of this Baconian, Science-guided, materialistic philosophy of progress, so that in these present times the philosophy of progress appears to have assumed complete sway over man's mind. While religion exists merely like a shadow and a relic of the past, regarded generally as a private affair of the individual. The state of Islam, however, among the religions is a little different. It still exercises some influence on the mind of its followers. It still is extant in its pristine from intact. And it claims to contain the remedy of every ill and answer to every problem.

But the test of Islam now stands on the point whether it can save its followers from the flames of the atomic hell which now hangs on the horizons of this mankind in a most determined manner to consume this world. If, however, Islam intends to save its followers from the hazards of the atomic hell, that is the atomic bombs and atomic radiations then it will have to avert the atomic threat not from the heads of its own followers, but the entire mankind. Because no nation alone can remain safe from the atomic storm as long as the atomic threat exists in the world. This actually is the test of Islam, because if this mankind is consumed by the atomic hell where lay then the necessity of the revival of Islam or the Islamic revolution. This argument may be countenanced by the fact, that if this mankind is consumed by the atomic hell of this present world, this mankind will see the atomic hell of the next eternal world (Al-Hotama) lying in wait for them, for not only the causes of the appearance of the atomic bomb and the causes of the punishment in Hotama are identical, but also the nature and the scientific characteristics of both are the same. Read the Chapter 104 Al-Homaza in the Quran and dread.

Islam thus needs a collision with the causes of the appearance of this worldly atomic hell in order to save this mankind from the flames both of this worldly atomic hell and the atomic hell of the next world, that is Al-Hotama. But the followers of Islam being under the influence of a misunderstanding, that, "because Islam was not averse to progress, therefore it was not averse to this modern progress", will negate the possibility of a collision between Islam and this modern progress which is the root-cause of the appearance of atomic hell. The compatibility between the view of the Quran and this modern science-guided progress they infer from the signs of the contemplation of the works of God (Ghaur-fil-Ayyaat), ignoring the difference between the objects of such contemplation which the Quran has set forth and which this modern progresses has in view.

The result of this misunderstanding of the followers of Islam will be that this entire mankind including the Muslims will be consumed by the atomic hell, and the actual teachings of the Quran will go in vain, while the Muslims will stand accused of failing the religion of Islam and mankind both. This modern progress is not merely progress, it is a continued, systematic, organized, eve-increasing and infinite process. And because it is ever-increasing, therefore, it will gradually occupy the mind and time of man in an ever-increasing manner, expelling at the same time and proportionally the thought of the other world, and therefore religion because religion is based on the thought of the other world, till eventually religion is completely expelled from man's mind and time because this progress is infinite. This is a fact which can be observed by any-one. Nor it is very difficult to find that this process of progress ends in the flames of the atomic hell. Let therefore this fact be constantly kept in sight by anyone who desires to initiate the Islamic revolution. Let the ultimate goal of the Islamic revolution be the extinction of the atomic hell at any cost. Or else all the labour and sacrifice will be found to go in vain.

It might be argued in this respect, that Islam will succeed in creating an atmosphere of good will and no war. And the possibility of war and atomic war will be annihilated. And that the scientists will by and by achieve a control over the hazards of atomic energy. It is not possible here in this short article to discuss these views. What I am obliged to say in this respect is that no hopes could be as false or more absurd than these. The misfortune of this mankind is that most people are ignorant of the subject of atomic science. And also that they consider science as powerful and as wise as God himself. They do not know that the world of science is stuck up in atomic phenomenon. Man finds himself utterly helpless in this field. Atomic bombs and reactors look like things very imposing, but the actual thing is to achieve control over radiations and to discover sure cure for radiation sickness. And it appears well-nigh an improbability. Atomic hell is the wrath of God enkindled. It is divine punishment. No protection from divine punishment is possible.

Quran let it be known, whereas it prefers the other world to this present world, and has not very favourable opinion of this world and its pleasures, it looks with the eye of bitterest displeasure at this modern Baconian progress of atomism. Just read the Chapter 104 Al-Homaza in the Quran and you will feel the intensity of the sentiment and the severity of the punishment. Yet it is surprising to observe that the people of these days despite their knowledge of the atomic hazards should not care for the dire situation. The Quran has challenged this age of Baconian atomism, and it has the ability to challenge. It champions the cause of all divine scriptures. But the views of the Quran have to be understood aright. If this world of Allah is consumed by the atomic hell due to this modern progress, it will not be because the Quran allowed this progress, but because the followers of the Quran failed to understand the views of the Quran correctly. The Muslims should stand up against the atomic bomb and should not rest till it is destroyed along with the causes of its appearance.

Muslims are stirring. They seek the revival of Islam. It is a blessed thought. Difficulties, however, are great and many. Muslims are not as yet clear on the views of the Quran about this philosophy of modern atomism and its result, the modern progress. But the greatest obstacle in the way of the revival of Islam is this modern progress, and most of the other difficulties have their origin in it. Before the Muslims stirred for the revival of Islam, this progress was the cause of their indifference toward Islam. And after they have stirred it will play the basic role in sapping their spirit and occupying their mind and time, and keeping them in constant worry about the worldly matters.

Judging from the prevailing atmosphere of this world, the ship of Islamic revolution seems to be sailing on an ocean of darkness and has at the same time a hole in its bottom from which water is continually pouring in. This hole is of the modern progress. The ocean of darkness no doubt is this Baconian culture of modern atomism. Unless therefore this hole is sealed, it appears difficult for the ship to reach the harbour. But how to seal this hole. The people cry for the necessities of life. The cruel, the ever-growing necessities. Nor it is possible for any one country to forsake this course of progress without the fear of disruption within an aggression from without.

Islamic revolution is essential, because it is the Islam that has eventually to fight the causes of the atomic hell out in order to save this mankind. Yet the obligation of this modern progress in these present circumstances does no appear possible for any one nation. What then should be done? The first requisite in this respect is that the Muslims should know and keep in mind their final goal that of destroying the atomic hell and saving this mankind. The second requisite I have endeavoured to provide in the form of a series of volumes. It is the fruit of my forty year labour. In these volumes the true reality of this philosophy of atomism and its consequences, and the relative views of the Quran have been revealed. When the mankind has read these works and their eyes are opened to the grim situation and the dire consequences, they will collectively chalk out some feasible programme to eliminate the threat. These volumes I have completed recently and are all unpublished as yet.  It will be a great honour and a blessing to get them published. Which nation is destined to this honour is not known to me.

CHAPTER-11

MY MISSION IS RECOMMENDED BY THE GREEN TURBANED

Dated: 21-3-1982

It was on 17th February 1917, the day and the month of the traditional deluge of Noah, against the fiery deluge of this present age, and the year of Lenin's revolution, that I was born in a village in Salt Range (Valley Soan Sakaser, Khoshab) a tract which now forms part of Pakistan. My first reflection of this house of trial was a pair of lofty hind legs of a camel when I was barely an infant a few months old. My mother sat in the right hand side palanquin of the camel. I in her lap, when the camel began to rise, the rope snapped and the palanquin fell and I was tossed from the lap of my mother, and fell behind the legs of the camel which had by then risen. Spectacle of the two lofty, ozymandian hind legs of the camel is still fresh in my memory. And when many years later one day I happened to mention the incident to my mother, she was visibly astonished, and said "How you can remember, you were barely a few months old then. You might have heard it from someone". How little did then I know, what this abnormal memory was to do with me in my life in this world. Many a reminiscence of the glimpses of Wordsworthian nature in my very early years I have still fresh in my mind. In modern kind of schooling or the school I had no interest. After a reluctant attendance in a school I left without sitting even in the Matriculation Examination. My father succumbed to the grief at the tragic incident and died in disappointment. His great hopes in me had been shattered. Alas!

In my early childhood, I saw a dream. I saw, that one of the rooms of our house was in a state of dilapidation. The roof was not there, and, about four feet of the walls stood. The debris was gathered behind the walls like a support. Presently I saw two beams of torch light playing on the northern wall of the room, and I heard then a sound of the word, Alarum repeated a few times, "Alarum, Alarum, Alarum" issuing from the South at a distance of about a hundred yards or so. Then I saw two horse riders on their horses approaching from the place where the sound of the word Alarum had issued in the south. The beams of the light that were falling on the wall actually issued from the foreheads of those two riders. And they by and by approached the dilapidated room. Without hesitating or pausing or looking this way or that way, and advancing their horses and climbing up the eastern wall of the room and moving on the walls, and making a round on the three walls on their horses, and then climbing down the western wall, disappeared. I to this day remember the smallest detail of that which I had seen, though neither the significance nor the interpretation of the dream I understood till at the last stage of my mission. About fifty years later when I read the life history of Francis Bacon, I realized that he too had seen a dream in his nineteenth year. Francis Bacon, the trumpeter of this modern age, when in France, had two days before the sudden and very untimely death of his father, Sir Nicholas Bacon in England seen in a dream, his father's house in England covered all over with black mortar. When the sad news of the demise of his father reached him in France, he quite naturally interpreted the dream he had seen as an omen of his father's death. His interpretation, however, was only partially correct. His unfortunate dream had a very far reaching interpretation. The untimely death of his father had changed the course of his career, that unfortunately for this mankind led him to his philosophy of atomistic materialism which today prevails in the entire world, so that this entire world may be seen now covered all over with black Baconian mortar. About my own dream the point is, that I do not think, I in those years of my very early childhood had either heard the word "Alarum" or could have known its meaning, though now, in the light of my mission I have its perfect recognition as the forewarning of the particular alarum that I now raise in this world. Also I am doubtful that I at that time had ever seen either the electric torch or the beam of the electric light. The dilapidated room I think meant the destruction of this Baconian atomism, while the beam of the electric torch meant the light of faith now to prevail over this world.

In 1942, my 25th year I had another dream to which my first one which I have above mentioned may be linked. In this second dream, I saw again two persons, but in a different perspective. It was in 1942, my 25th year, and the year in which Enrico Fermi, the great Italian Physicist had finally succeeded in opening the gate of the atomic fire and the subsequent atomic hell through his successful realization of the fission chain reaction in Chicago, without my knowledge of either Fermi, Einstein or any such thing as the atomic energy, or the atomic physics. I saw the dream in a place called Mussayyib near Baghdad. A dream that changed the entire course of my future life. There in my dream I saw that I was somewhere on a place in western Iraq or Eastern Syria, of the remote, blue hills of Turkey appeared in the North as background. I saw that I stood with my face toward the north, and I beheld before me lying on a bare bedstead that was woven with some coarse material a man with his head towards the west and feet towards the east, a lean, tall, sinewy, dirty-coloured, and swarthy person in supine posture with face upwards, and like a skeleton without much flesh and almost nude, tied to the bedstead with ropes. His eyes were closed, but seemed to peep upward through the minute aperture that appeared between the eyelids. He seemed to have been engrossed in some deep, remote thought, and as if in deep agony of mind. I stood looking on the figure for a while. Then I saw that I stood a little to the north, twenty to thirty yards or so. And there before my eyes I saw a tree, my face still toward the north. The tree was neither exceptionally tall, nor was it very gigantic, and was round above the stem. The leaves of this tree resembled the leaves of the pipal tree, wide and round. On every leave sat a small parakeet of green light, all engaged in humming together in a continuous chant incomprehensible to me. The whole tree appeared to be enwrapped in radiance. I stood looking at the tree for a while, and then still further to the north, say about a hundred yards or so I saw myself, still facing toward the north standing, face to face with two men. One of them stood on my left-hand. The other stood a little to my right hand. The one standing on my left was a man of small stature of slight built, and of slightly dark complexion, and having a very lean and sharp nose, and sharp lean features of face. On his head he wore a turban of green colour like Saint Al-Khedhr, it was a turban fashioned like a cap (fez) as the one that the late grand Mufti Al-Hussaini, of Palestine used to wear, and was of green colour. His head was tilted on his right shoulder, as if unable to hold it upright due to rigorous religious exercise. But he that stood toward my right hand defied all expression. So unimaginably glorious, so superbly beautiful was he in appearance. He was of a tall and upright stature, and white radiant colour, and sturdy built. He stood upright like a tower with his eyes fixed on some very remote object towards the south, neither making a gesture, nor moving his eyelid. The hair of his head was jet black and reached the lobes of ears. And he stood without a headgear. His beard was thick jet black, and was of a moderate length. On the whole he appeared to be unimaginably unique paragon of manly beauty with apparently persio-Iraquian features. He was taller than me, for I had to raise my eyes to look at his face. And I perceived a sense of strange awe in his presence and when I stood before him, the word Ibraheem (the Arabic counterpart of Abraham) appeared in my mind due to the resemblance that occurred between the upright stature of the word Ibraheem and the upright stature of the person that stood before me. And I thought to myself that I was a candidate for some appointment. And that the one on my left, the green turbaned one, recommended me to the one on my right. The green turbaned looked askance at the one on my right without moving his head, and appeared as if trying to know the mind of the one on my right regarding the response to his recommendation. The whole atmosphere was bathed in the flood of moonlight that no Wordsworth could imagine. I awoke with mingled feelings of great joy and great regret. Joy at the dream and regret at my awaking from such a dream.

In the days I saw this dream, I could read the Quran but without knowing either the meanings or the interpretation thereof. When many years later I learned the meaning and the interpretation of the Quran, I knew about a Holy one mentioned in the Quran, whom the authentic commentators of the Quran have called Al-Khedhr because he was dressed in green apparel. The Quran has related, and the Quran only, of all the scriptures, that Moses was sent by the command of God to Al-khedhr to know that particular kind of knowledge which Allah had particularly bestowed on him. Moses, however, found himself unable to learn that particular kind of knowledge. Al-Khedhr told Moses, that all he did was only by the command of Allah, even if apparently unjustifiable. The general tradition remembers Al-Khedhr as a guide to those who might have lost their way in the wilderness, and that he had drunk the water of the spring of eternity and lived for ever. Besides that I also knew in the light of the Quran that my dream was a near description of the first 18 signs of the 53rd Chapter of the Quran. That describes a scene seen by the Holy Prophet in Heaven during his night journey to the throne of God. The Quran says:-

"By the star when it setteth, your compatriot erreth not, nor is led astray, neither speaketh from mere impulse. It is no other than a revelation revealed to him. One terrible in power taught it him, endued with wisdom. With ever balance stood he in the highest part of the horizon, then came he nearer and approached, and was at the distance of two bows or even closer--- and he revealed to his servant what he revealed. His heart falsified not what he saw. What, will ye dispute with him as to what he saw? He had seen him also another time, near the Sidrah which marks the boundary near which the Garden of Repose when the Sidrah tree was covered with what covered  it. His eye turned not aside nor did it wander. For he saw the greatest signs of his Lord!".

                                    (The Quran LIII-1-18).

These are the signs of the Quran, first ones are about a vision of Gabriel by the Holy Prophet and the subject of revelation. And after that are the signs about the Sidrah tree and other great signs of Allah seen by the Holy Prophet during his night journey in heavens. The Sidrah tree was in the seventh heaven. On every leaf of that tree was an Angel engaged in adoration. There is the abode of Angel Gabriel and the repository of the four revealed books constantly recited there by Angels.

After I had seen the dream "I became prepossessed by the desire of knowledge for the sake of knowledge, and from the year 1942 to this day in the year 1982 I have been engrossed in study of various branches of knowledge, and all of the highest classical order, languages, literatures, histories, philosophies, sciences and scriptures. The Quran having been the central point of my study, around which every subject revolved. All that I did without a teacher. Nine volumes in various languages I have written of these, two following may be regarded as the key to the future destiny of this mankind that now approaches its grievous doom:-

1.         Quran predicts, characterizes and averts the atomic hell. English.

2.         Quran quells atomism and redeems the mankind from the hell of atomism. English pages.

Both these volumes are the interpretation of a 36 word "104th Chapter" of the Quran by the name of Al-Homaza. This Chapter of the Quran is a miracle undeniable, and is concerned with atomic hell.

In the same period and the same region that is Iraq, I saw two other dreams. In the first dream I found myself standing with my face toward south. Before me stood a mosque of grand structure and built with red-brown stone. Its gate was at the eastern end of its northern wall. Before this gate I stood and the atmosphere was like dusk, and a fierce wind blew from the west and I slipped into the mosque. There I beheld in the centre of the compound a solid, cubical, whitewashed pulpit. In the second dream I saw myself lying on a barebedstead in the north-east corner of a great stately hall of mud walls most exquisitely rendered and plastered all over nicely with mud. Behind my head on the northern wall I perceived without looking with eyes or moving my head the picture of crucifix. And now whether I had seen any dream or not, and whether I had learned all that knowledge without a teacher and in most adverse circumstances or not, it is the affair personally of my own. Mankind is bound to see and judge my work on the basis of science and argument, and not on any pretension or claim of divinity or divine sanction. This only is the proper course in this particular age. By whatever agency I gained my object, is concern exclusively of my own.  I have by the Grace of Almighty Allah done my duty, it is for the mankind now to take up the yoke, as the last attempt to avoid the grievous atomic doom. Ask not who says it. But see what has been said. All those mystic experience, that I had, and all those mysterious portents which I have seen, and all those mysteries that were revealed to me during my lengthy and grievous ordeal, warrant a volume, and need time to write. That I have none at present. Take what I have to offer to you at this critical juncture of human history, and deprive not yourself of a guidance and light that could save you from a dreadful doom and a horrific end.

CHAPTER-12

MY INTELLECTUAL STRUGGLE

Dated: 10-5-1982

Many a man in human history has had to tell a very thrilling story of the hardships of a struggle in quest of knowledge, and indeed the most difficult is the task of the acquirement of the knowledge itself. But mine appears to be the strangest and indeed very painful. My aversion to the exertion for knowledge despite the unique excellence of my mind and memory is a fact which deserves notice. In my childhood I had absconded from the school without even passing the Matriculation Examination. In my twenty fifth year I began my study without a teacher and continued for forty years in almost every field of knowledge, modern and ancient. Mine has been a life of no thrilling events, but rather a life of constant heart-burning. And although it has been a lengthy, continuous tale of heart-breaking afflictions, there is nothing that could cause world-wide sensation excepting indeed the queer result of my struggle. I do understand why a goodly number of philosophers have committed a suicide in disappointment. Mine, however, has been a case different, for, despite most excruciating experience, I have always entertained some inner hope that has supported me throughout. And I have, always found extraordinary strength to match the magnitude of the huge undertaking. I had to cope with a lot of strange, and constantly increasing problems and was required throughout to brave an incessant line of storms, and bear grief, and suffer losses and afflictions on my course toward the ultimate destination which until recently I did not know, but which I always felt as something, somewhere, in the heart of hearts.

I was in a state of prepossession in those days when I had seen the vision in my 25th year. The thought of faith and religion had so powerfully possessed my mind that during most of the waking hours my lips moved repeating the Quran. The vision, not only had cast me right into the field of knowledge and learning, but also opened the gate of a storm in a continued succession of events of every kind that has not even left me now in this year of 1980. Soon I was facing a court-martial on the very serious charge of disobedience of command during the war. My crime was no other than my disobedience to the orders according to which the Punjabi Muslims were required to change their head-dress from the turban to the Gurkha style felt hat. The attitude of the members of the Court-Martial, however, was very humane, and justice was metted out with visible leniency. I send my greetings now to the member of my court martial. Spectacled Major Eshley the Advocate I still remember by name. Poor instruments in the hand of fate. And I remember still the high mud walls of the prison of Zubair near Basrah in which I served the term of my imprisonment. Soon after my arrival in the prison, a Gurkha Butcher, and remember I had refused to wear the Gurkha hat, fell on the Subedar Major Sinha with his Butcher's knife, and almost killed him maiming him for life, for, the Subedar Major had provoked him to that extent by not admitting his application for repatriation to India tendered on the plea that his house had fallen and that his family was buried therein. The Subedar Major did even refuse to refer his petition to the higher authority. God alone knew the truth of the application or otherwise. Some months later the offender arrived in the Jail. The maimed Subedar Major was deprived of pension rights, and the assailant was sentenced to seven years rigorous imprisonment. I neither had any interest nor any connection with the tragic event. The Subedar Major, however, was the person who had played the major role in my case. By relating this event I mean to show, the state of my mind then, see the crime, the charge and the risk braved. Col. Macleu was the commandant of the unit. So incomprehensibly beyond human ken are the doings of the providence. From 1942 to 1961 engrossed in study without a teacher. I had not any notion of what the hand of destiny had intended for me. In 1961 the discovery of the prophetic warning of the Quran about the atomic bombs and radiations gave me some idea of my mission. And thereafter too the clear picture was in the mind of the providence only. Perhaps this interpretation of the warning of the Quran I would never have been able to write, but for an incident, in the year 1971 my services were terminated in the department of Auqaf in Lahore, and I was obliged to leave Lahore in search of some means of living somewhere. A person by the name of Abdul Hamid Qadri, a very kind friend, asked me to give him an article on the warning of the Quran about the atomic hell, the topic I had sometimes mentioned to him. I promised and occupied myself with writing the article. The result was not an article, but two bulky volumes that finally appeared in the year 1980, and written not in Lahore but in a place of seclusion, where I forgot about my employment, livelihood, everything, and was plunged in the work headlong, day in day out, at the average of 18 hours a day, wherein may be included a span of four years during which I worked constantly for more than twenty hours a day. I have observed the activity of some mysterious hand that led and controlled the entire course without my fore-knowledge. My employment for livelihood and a hundred other afflictions would never have allowed me that complete engrossment in the work without which my work would never have been as it now is. I have realized that I was only a tool in the hand of some supreme, powerful agency which had carried me to Lahore, a city of libraries to collect the material for my work, and which had turned me out of Lahore and brought me to Nawababad, Wah Cantt, Distt Rawalpindi for the manipulation of the material collected in Lahore, and the final composition of the work in a deserted heart infested with ghosts.

A very interesting feature of my case is the rare spectacle which a man in this present world of three thousand million souls should present as one alone engrossed in a materially unprofitable pursuit, in this age of Baconian atomistic materialism, in this absolutely materialistic age wherein nothing is thought or done without a consideration for material gain and knowledge for the sake of knowledge is not known.

I have all my life been obliged by the necessity to search for some employment here or there in order to maintain myself and my family. My 40 years long struggle in the field of knowledge never added a groat to my pocket. Rather the sorrow of the friends for the unprofitability and futility of my pursuit, and the wastage of a great mind, and the calumny of the unsympathetic observers was the reward. Indeed in the light of the state of the physical capacities and the mental qualities bestowed on me by the providence, and the fire that has always burnt in my heart, and the amount of labour which I expended in my particular pursuit of knowledge, it is not difficult to expect that every honour in political, intellectual, or religious field was within my reach. The place of the President or the Prime Minister of a country, or a General in an Army, or the position of a business magnate was in no way impossible for me to achieve and honourably maintained. But on the other hand the sack-cloth and the floor and constant worry about employment, and perpetual exertion for an honest living, and all the inconveniences and insults that are associated with poverty have been my lot, and indeed of my own choice in my ever-miserable life. This is a case that could not have been considered as very unusual in any promodern age, but in this modern age of materialism this may be deemed as very rare. You might be required to travel all over the world in search with very dubious success to find such a one. Not a word of encouragement, no financial aid from any quarter whatsoever came at any stage. Whether I had accepted any such aid is the question altogether different. Thanks to my Allah, however, that the qualities of honesty, sincerity, and simplicity every where earned for me the love and respect of those who knew me with some intimacy. The question is, why and how, a man in my position and circumstances, a mere bread-winning member of a family being tossed from one point to another in search of employment and at a stage of life past 25, should be seen pouring not for one, not for two but 40 years at a stretch, day in day out, on the works of such writers and authors as Homer, Dante, Virgil, Milton, Shakespeare, Wordsworth, Blake, Keats, Shelley, Dickens, Gibbon, Darwin, Bacon, Berkeley, Thomas Hobbes, David Hume, Immanuel Kant, Benedict Spinoza, Gottfried Wilhem Leibniz, Friedrick Wilhelm Nietzsche, Plato, Aristotle, Democritus, Raudaki, Rumi, Attar, Farukhi, Sinai, Qaanni, Khaaqanni, Urfi, Naziri, Anwari, Antar Ibn Shaddad, Sir James Jeans, and a lot of standard text books of atomic physics and radiobiology besides early authentic commentaries on the Quran, and the text of pentateuch, Psalms, Gospel, Insha, Sauda, Dabir, Anees, Zauq, Ghalib, Shibli and Iqbal,  reading, understanding meditating on every point and every thought, theory and hypothesis, indeed without a teacher, and without a guide. And without any social, religious, intellectual design, aim or object. Neither English nor Persian, nor Arabic being his mother tongue, and how to account for the provision of books of such a vast variety. Such questions I myself could not have answered until a little while before the year 1980 when I crossed the sign post of my destination. Praised be Allah, the Merciful, how many a scholar has during the discussion of some point of complexity asked me, how I had managed to attain to so much knowledge; and how many an Englishmen has during conversation asked me, whence I had learned that English. And never once I had found myself in a position to manage a satisfactory answer. And I have here to reveal a point that may be helpful to understand the state of that uncertainty and instability of my financial circumstances, which has during all these decades haunted me incessantly, namely that, on a certain stage of my life I was obliged to take the masters degree from the Punjab University, no doubt privately in order to guard myself against any unexpected rather expected vicissitude.

By 1974 I had finished the first version of my work on the warning of the Quran about the atomic hell. It was in one volume only comprising 200 pages. To receive a review on it by some competent man proved to be an experience. The work placed the demands of unusual versatility and calibre on the reviewer, luckily for me an employee of Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission undertook the work and kindly granted me a favourable review. I sent the work to the then Regime of Pakistan for publication. Another very favourable review was given by the Research Bureau of Pakistan Information Ministry. But then I happened to find a lot of latest standard books on atomic physics recently published in America and I withdrew my manuscript and rewrote the whole to comprise 1200 pages that now await the publication.

Of the complements which I received from time to time despite my obscurity, I will here mention but two. One of those came from Dr. Javed Iqbal, son of late Iqbal, who in his critical appreciation of my poetical works wrote, "The mode of thought is like that of Allama Iqbal. In a way it appears to be the echo of  Iqbal, would to God the possibilities of the achievement of that object which the poet has had in his mind might appear". And indeed no review could have been more truthful. It was in 1963, the other one came from Late Allama Allaudin Siddiqui, Vice Chancellor of the Punjab University. In response to the inquiry of a gathering of distinguished Ulema about my identity after some very impressive incident. He said, “This is a man whom the providence has created in this nation by chance. That light and understanding of the Quran which Allah has bestowed on his breast, if this nation will fail to receive of him, Allah will never forgive this nation. No other man like him will rise". This was in 1963 also. The words still ring in my ears.

The list of my works is as follows. All hitherto unpublished except Islamic bomb and Jihad.

I have poured my blood in these works, and have drained the last ounce of my energy. May Allah accept them and make them useful for mankind. How many a desert, and sea, and mountain in the world, in shivering winters, and perspiring summers that did see a man absorbed in a book amidst a hundred sorrows and as many sufferings in quest of knowledge for the sake of knowledge, before his object appeared to him, that was to save this world from the grievous atomic doom. That I would be obliged to spend so much ink and so many words in the narration of my intellectual struggle, and my intellectual accomplishments, may be regarded as the irony of my fate. It is a matter more of pity than praise or pride, that in order to introduce myself and my work I am obliged to take to such a course. In this age of so much knowledge, so much science and such means of publicity and publication. Otherwise in the heart of hearts, I do know the meagreness of human knowledge and hence my knowledge therein. If Socrates had realized the fact, that, "He knew not" there is greater reason for me, as a man of this age of knowledge to realize the fact of littleness of man's knowledge. The greater is man's knowledge, the greater is the realization of this fact. But mark the extremity of my painstaking to which I am obliged to resort in this very painful mission. Realize therefore that my mission is firstly to save through Quran this world from atomic hell, and secondly to provide the Muslims with Islamic economic system to save them from Communism. Nor have I left out such teachings of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, as are corroborated by the Quran. And they are remarkable in this age of materialism.

CHAPTER-13

MY DIFFICULTIES

Dated: 21-3-1982

Judging from the state of this world today, and the nature of my mission, and the clear antipathy existing between the two, it is not difficult to see the degree of difficulty involved in such a mission. Mind indeed reels before the formidableness of the prospect. To warn this present generation about this progress is just as to strike one's own head against a mountain. But judging from the hazards that are incident on this progress and the miseries that are to be reaped from it, the head it appears has to be struck against this mountain. The prince Ozgeed has to meet the lion. The mightiness of this lion, however, is no hidden secret. A world inebriated with the wine of progress, and cherishing a belief in the suitability, correctness and eternity of the process of this ever-increasing progress, and entangled at the same time inseparably and helplessly in the world-wide net of economico-industrial set up to the point of adopting the deadly atomic energy, and striving relentlessly to attain to the point of self-sufficiency and self-defence has to be confronted and warned against the hazards of this progress and the consequent flames of the atomic hell, allowing no compromise, permitting no midway-house and prescribing complete eradication of this progress as the only prevention against complete atomic annihilation of life on earth. Just weigh the difficulty of the venture and then see the weakness and insignificance of a man who has mustered his courage for such an encounter single-handed and alone, indeed trusting in the help of God.

And mark another difficulty. The theme is such that the generality of mankind appears to be completely ignorant thereof, I allude to the subject of atomic energy and its dam, the nuclear science. Excepting a certain ratio of the nuclear scientists that may be expected to know all that nuclear knowledge which is available hitherto, the entire world, scholars, politicians, philosophers, theologians, peoples and masses, is in a state of utter ignorance of the subject of atomic energy, taking the atomic bomb to be merely a large bomb, and taking the atomic energy as only a wonderful means of energy. But my difficulty does not end with it. And moves much further to the point of a crisis. My treatment of the subject is such that the Quran and the atomic physics and the radio biology coordinate therein. Where is that scholar that might be considered as an expert in all these three branches of knowledge. Generally they who have the intimate knowledge of the Quran are ignorant of the subjects of science. And on the other hand, men conversant with science are generally to be found as ignorant of the Quran. Nay even it is not essential that a great atomist should be an expert also in the subject of radiobiology. The difficulty may be judged from the fact that in my pursuit of a person competent enough to grant me a few lines as a review or an introduction to my work I am obliged to skip from half a world of countries in order to successfully find such a one. But the greatest difficulty of all is involved in the fact that it is the Quran that has been treated as the basis of the theme. The scientific corroboration of the Quran is a matter extremely delicate. I do myself understand that one little slip of such a corroborator would result in a most grievous damage to the integrity of the Quran itself. I have myself read the writings of some corroborators and have shuddered at the seriousness of the mistakes made therein, but thanks to the fact that no such work has ever been written in any international language and all therefore have been lost into oblivion. And thus it is that a Muslim scientist or a scholar no matter how clearly he is convinced of the validity and necessity of the corroborative study of the Quran, might remain hesitant to the end to give his opinion in writing, fearing some sort of reprisals from some quarter. In my case the very name of the Quran might prejudice the entire Non-Muslim world, without ever caring to peep into the subject itself, while the Muslim world sensing in it the utter collapse of their progress-programme along with their particular view of the Quran in this matter might find themselves flabbergasted like one hanging with a rope from high cliffs in a perilous situation blind of the horrific hazards of progress in the atomic hell. And that the nature of the subject is such that it is hard to find many that would simply understand the theme, not to speak of a review or a critical appreciation. And the nature of the topic itself is so exceedingly antipathic to the mind of this age, that it is an enterprise to induce any one to close the eyes from the prevailing circumstances and exigencies of times and to see only the accuracy of the facts appearing in the treatment of the topic, and that the subject is based on the Quran, and the Quran has treated the nuclear science and radio biology, and the experts on these subjects live in the west, and in the west there is no belief in the Quran. However, my inner conviction is that this fact which the Quran has treated, and the fact that the Quran has treated, will be overlooked in the west, firstly because the quality of tolerance is there, and secondly because it is the science that is treated, and science to them is as faith, and no reason there exists to deny the facts that are attested by science. Another difficulty arises out of the miraculous nature of the subject. In the first instance at least it is most difficult for anyone to believe that a scripture, and that a scripture fourteen hundred years in the past should treat the subject of nuclear science and Radiobiology, and that it should characterize the Baconian philosophy of modern atomism, and that it should warn against the atomic bombs and atomic radiations. God, however, will clear all these difficulties. This is his own creation that is in danger.

The difficulty and novelty of my subject and the antipathy and urgency of my mission, entails a lot of movement on my part from one end of this earth to the other, in order to meet the competent judge, and to address the conferences of notable scientists to place the case before them, and to arrange for the publication of my works. The margin left now for this mankind is narrowing with an alarming speed, and I am running against time, Just think, the fire of atomic hell may flare up any moment in this world of mutual distrust and universal contest and consume it in a matter of days. Can you not see the circumstances of this world now, what they tell. It needs but one stroke of illuck and the atomic war is there inspite of all the wishful thinking of mankind.

I have not the least doubt, about the efficacy of my subject. Let me in, anywhere, in any corner of this vast world of God, address a conference of the leading scientists and atomic philosophers, and then see the impression of their faces and impression of their pens on paper. I can convince this world of the truth of my topic. I have to offer too irrefutable an argument to be denied or overlooked by this world. My Allah certainly, who has sustained me through all my ordeal will not desert me in the last moment and will not leave me alone.

Macaulay has pictured the State of Bacon in Bacon's last miserable years that indeed appears to be dreadful. "Impeached, convicted, sentenced, driven with ignominy from the presence of his sovereign, shut out from the celebrations of fellow nobles, loaded with debt, branded with dishonour, sinking under the weight of years and sufferings, Bacon was still Bacon", writes Macaulay. Where is Macaulay that would successfully picture my condition at present. After burning myself in my endeavour to find means and methods of checking the flames of atomic hell for decades together, I now am what I am.The Solace, however, of the sense of philanthropy is there to fortify me, and more than that My Allah is there, who I believe will never fail me in this ordeal and will see me through. He has great powers.

You have hard of my difficulties. How impressive do these appear at first sight at least. But actually these are my personal difficulties, and not the difficulties of my actual mission. It is far too correct and powerful to be thwarted by any such obstacles. The greatest asset is the rapid downfall of this wrong Baconian culture itself. Soon the atomic bombs will be an object not so much of respect as of hatred and contempt .My mission will gradually and rapidly flourish till the last traces of this Baconian seduction have been wiped out of existence. So dreadfully troubled will be the existence of this mankind, and indeed so unbearably miserable soon, that this world will cry against this Baconian, this materialistic culture  and will be obliged to uproot and eradicate it, and will then be obliged to seek eagerly my work and my mission

My dear reader! can you imagine that a person who in his childhood felt such aversion to knowledge, that he absconded from the school without even passing the Matriculation Examination, would begin his study in his 25th year, and would pursue the course of study for forty years in almost every field of knowledge, modern as well as ancient, without a teacher, to the highest pinnacles, working at the same time for his own and his family's livelihood. Can you imagine the difficulty? Is there another such example in the history of mankind? That is my example. You may wonder. And wonderful indeed is the thing. Yet more wonderful is the fact that throughout my intellectual ordeal I never for once felt or realized the difficulty. Such was the state of my mind. It is only after the completion of my work that the realization of this unusual treat has appeared in my mind. But can I call it a difficulty? NO. During forty years of my intellectual ordeal I never once realized the nature of the difficulty. I never realized that I was doing something unusual.

CHAPTER-14

ADDRESS TO THE MUSLIMS

Dated: 10-6-1982

Muslims! I remind you of the saying of the Holy Prophet (Peace be Upon him). He said:"Muslims! I entertain no apprehension that you will fall to idol worship, but what I fear for you is that you might fall into the love of this world". This saying of the Prophet needs most urgent consideration of the Muslims of today in the light of their present love of this world. The other saying of the Holy Prophet of Allah that needs to be considered today in all seriousness is that in which the Prophet said" Poverty is my pride". This saying too needs very serious consideration by the Muslims of today in this age of Baconian wealth-seeking, wealth-priding materialism. Let the Muslims know that this Baconian progress has its peculiar ills, and the peculiar ill has the peculiar remedy. The extreme materialism of this age needs extreme other-worldliness as the remedy on the principle of antithesis. And let it be remembered that Islam interpreted in the terms of merely worldly glory in this age of Baconian materialism will fail as miserably to save this world from the flames of the atomic hell as every other religion of this world has failed. It is high time that the general license of Islam concerning the worldly necessities of life be discriminated from this all-out and all-pervading, Baconian progress, and also, let the Islamic view of knowledge, and contemplation of the works of God, and the subjugation of the natural forces and resources be discerned from the modern Baconian view of these matters. Islam has set certain conditions on every one of those, so that one's eyes can see the great difference that existed between the Baconian and Islamic views. A closer view reveals the difference and predicts the necessity of a fierce collision, so that as a result Islam will completely eradicate every trace of this Baconian atomism and its progress from this world in order to save this mankind from the burning flames of the atomic hell that is the atomic bombs and the atomic radiations, and indeed in order to save its own existence from extinction. It is the notion of otherworldliness that Islam will preach in the light of the Quran. The entire philosophy of the Quran is based on otherworldliness (AAKHIRAT) and let the misunderstandings be cleared, before the atomic bombs begin to burst, or the radiation has changed this earth into a radio--asylum.

Muslims! I remind you of your special and most essential duty: namely, that of the publication of the Quran to the entire world, and of your duty as regards the understanding of the Quran from the view point of the particular situation of this present-day world, and the present day special problems of the world, and acquainting the world with the light of the Quran appearing as a result of your research therein. A difficult work indeed laborious and requiring great genius, yet it has to be done. It is not just sufficient to say that the Quran does not oppose the progress, or that the achievements of this modern science are the exact aim and the object of the Quran. The truth is far from it and needs much deep insight into the mind of the Quran. The Quran never was meant to be a book of materialism. It is  wonderful indeed to stand before the flames of atomic hell that are issuing from the Baconian progress, and see them, and then say, does the Quran oppose the progress, nay but the Quran encourages the progress for therein is the glory of the religion of Islam and it is distinguishing feature of Islam. Nay! Islam does not allow this Baconian progress and is its deadliest foe. Islam means to extinguish this atomic fire which is now about to consume this creation of Allah on this earth. Your misunderstanding will only make you a victim of the atomic hell along with the rest of the nations and will not benefit you in any way, nor will it change the course of this Baconian progress which as a rule must culminate in the atomic consumption of this world.

It was Hazrat Immam Shaafi who had said about the chapter Al-Asr, (a chapter of the Quran comprising merely 18 words) that even if no other chapter in the Quran had existed, this chapter alone would have sufficed to give guidance to man. There is yet another chapter in the Quran comprising 36 words, and next in succession to the chapter of Al-Asr, by the name of Al-Homaza. The attention of the followers of the Quran all over the world may now be invited toward this particular chapter of the Quran. If nothing in the Quran had existed besides this chapter, then even it would have sufficed this mankind to know all that could be known or all that was necessary to know about this modern Baconian atomistic materialism from its beginning to its end, its characteristics, its features, and the methods of avoiding its destructive consequences. This is the chapter that a careful understanding of it will surely clear all the misunderstandings which the Muslims today entertain regarding the views of the Quran about this Baconinan progress. Then will everything about it be crystal clear before their eyes, and they will really understand their actual role in this age and will find their destination aright, and then they will work wonders in this world to save this world from the flames of the atomic hell and will indeed save themselves too along with the rest of the nations on earth, and then they will clearly know this age to be the age of Hoamazas and Lomazas, engrossed in   accumulation of the wealth of this world believing in the eternity of this process of wealth-increase. And then when they will read this particular chapter of the Quran in the Quran they will wonder and say! Praised be Allah, the revealer of this wonderful Quran, this standing miracle of guidance to mankind, how were we ignorant of it so long.

Experience will show the Muslims that despite all their hearty sincerity, and zeal, and endeavour and strivings, in the revival of Islam, neither much success in the revival of Islam, nor any sign of averting the atomic danger was there in sight so long as this Baconian progress continued. In ordinary circumstances they could have been allowed to continue this kind of experiment, but unfortunately this particular situation of the atomic phenomenon in this world of today would not allow any such margin, and may be that the Muslims realized the truth only when the die was cast and the atomic destiny of this world and their's along with it was spun and they found themselves being broiled in the flames of the atomic hell either under the hails of the atomic bombs or under the stings of the deadly radiations of the atomic-energy-for-peace. Let them dread therefore and shudder at the grievous forbidding of the Quran who happen to know its warning about the atomic hell. And you will realize, if you become  the victims of the atomic hell in this world, its horrors, you followers of the Quran, shudder therefore and cry and lament and wail at your misfortune, not indeed so much at your destruction in the flames of the atomic hell, the atomic bombs or the atomic radiations of the atomic energy for peace in this transient world, for the transient punishment will end with the death, but rather shudder at another certainty which the Quran has with all the force declared, namely, that Homaza Lomaza that is the backbiting defamer who amasseth wealth of this world, and arrangeth it against the future, and believeth that his wealth will render him immortal, will certainly be cast into the eternal hell of Hotama in the next world. The easiest thing in this world is to know that this Baconian age is the age of Proud Homaza Lomaza engrossed in wealth-accumulation, and believing in the eternity of this process of progress with its five yearly plans, to infinity, if, therefore, the people of this present generation escape the atomic bombs and the effects of atomic radiations, for there is possibility that some generations of this present mankind might escape the flames of atomic hell. There is no possibility of their escaping the flames of the eternal hell of Hotama of the next eternal world, since the adherents of this Baconian culture fulfill the conditions of the Quran for Hotama. You! that are Muslims could be among the inmates of Hotama, for as the commentators of the Holy Quran point out, there is no consideration for faith in this particular punishment of Al-Hotama, and the fact is apparent from the text of the Quran. Read Surah Homaza, and read the commentaries of the greatest of the commentators of the Quran and you shall know the dreadful truth. Wake up therefore from your lengthy slumber and consult your safety. Let this particular chapter of the Quran hereafter be the topic of your discussion every way and every where, if you scorn to be consumed as contemptible slaves just dragged behind others equally blind into the atomic jehannah. Read the Quran therefore, carefully and mark your path and determine your destination, that perhaps you might be saved from a horrible doom. And even if you do not fear the atomic bombs and the atomic radiations of this world, dread I pray at least the flames of the horrible Hotama of the next world, the eternal world. Begin to read the Quran in reference to this Baconian culture, and know the reality. Muslims! If you fail to publish this particular warning of the Quran (Al-Homaza) as interpreted by me in 3000 pages in English to this mankind then know that double punishment awaits you. In this world you will be consumed by the flames of the atomic hell with the rest of the nations, while in the next world you will stand answerable before the throne of Allah as guilty of failing the Quran and failing the mankind. And if you have read in the Quran the claim of Allah that if this Quran were revealed to the mountains, they would be scattered, then know that this particular chapter of the Quran, this chapter of Al-Homaza, this warning of the Quran to this mankind is a living specimen of the terribleness of the Quran. This chapter, let it be known, is far more powerful than all the stockpiles of the atomic bombs in the world. It can neutralize them, extinguish them. If the Muslims will ignore it, neglect it and will not be able to publish it to the entire mankind of today, then know that this warning of the Quran which has taken me decades to explain and interpret it in 3000 pages, will within the Islamic world hiss, and boil and erupt like a furious volcano and will convulse the areas around it. This warning of the Quran is the last argument of Allah with the doomed mankind, and is, the sole guidance and the only hope of this mankind on earth. It will be deemed as serious neglect on the part of the followers of the Quran and liable to serious providential reprisals.

Muslims! I have warned you, and let Allah be a witness between us regarding this very crucial matter. I ask no reward of you. My reward is with my Allah. Yet if you will deprive this creation of this warning of the Quran ---and to deprive this world now of this sole guidance against the atomic ruin, is grievous--you will be answerable. And it is upto you now whether  to stand up against this atomic hell to save this mankind manfully and like true Muslims, or to go slavishly down the atomic hell yourselves behind the enkindlers of atomic hell. The matter is one that warrants serious consideration. May Allah grant you sight, might, spirit and fortitude for such an undertaking. Amen.

CHAPTER-  15

THE PROBLEM OF ATOMIC HELL AND THE WORLD COMMUNITY

Dated: 10-11-1980

This problem of the atomic hell is the problem not of any one nation, nor of a set of nations. If this world goes down into the flames of the atomic hell, it goes down together. And if it comes out of it, it comes out together. If Christ or Moses or Krishna, or Budha were today, they would one and all embrace this warning of the Quran and would exert to the utmost of their power in its propagation and its promulgation, and would not rest till this world were saved from the flames of atomic hell in the light of this warning of the Quran. No work today in this world is more important than trying to save this world from the atomic doom. And no problem is of greater urgency than this of the atomic bombs and the atomic radiations. And the reality of the Baconian Philosophy and the Baconian Progress has to be exposed, and the hazards incident on it have to be exposed and pointed out to this world, and thus, the world opinion has to be moulded in this respect, so that this mankind collectively could make the policy and take the collective decision to escape this most grievous of the dooms that now is fast approaching to befall this mankind. If it were the question of war, I would have tried to raise formidable armies and taken sword and fire into the heart of this Baconian ill. If it were the question of wealth, I would have endeavoured to heap up riches mountain high. No, it neither is the matter of war, nor it is of riches. It purely is the matter of realization of a formidable danger, and it is the matter of exposing the true reality of the atomic ills, and of revealing the grievous dangers that emanate from it for entire mankind. It is toward this end that I have found my life-long endeavour directed by the mysterious hand of providence.

My work will actually be evaluated by those unfortunate people that will be cast into the atomic hell and will either be consumed by fire of the atomic bombs or will lie exposed to the deadly stings of insidious radiations of the atomic energy for peace. It is difficult for you today to assess the magnitude of the atomic ills, when but a few reactors are functioning in this world, but shudder at the sight when in the atomic age, this earth will be bestrewn with the reactors and the atomic plants and the sources of deadly radiations, and when this earth will become a hospital of radiation-sickness and mental derangement. You can call that age, the age of miserable, cancer-ridden chimeras, and that will be a horrible age. I appeal to you all in the name of humanity. I have no reason for complete disappointment. This world is not as yet so completely devoid of sense as not to understand at all the truth of my views. It was in 1974 when I had with me the first version of my work in one volume, that I just stepped one day into the British Embassy in Islamabad. There I telephoned to the Secretary of the British Ambassador with the request that I wanted to see his Excellency. The answer was that his Excellency apologized, because some gentlemen were with him at that time, but that, he would send his Deputy Ambassador, and if he were convinced, then his word was as good as that of his Excellency himself. Within a few minutes the Deputy Ambassador arrived and the following passed between us:-

Ambassador:    Yes, what can I do for you?

I: Sir, I have written a book. It is a prophecy, rather a warning about the atomic hell, which I have discovered in the Quran. The Quran has given the causes of the appearance of the atomic hell, that is the atomic bombs and the radiations. And so the atomic threat could be averted by this mankind by the removal of those causes. I look to your good offices for the publication of my book.

Ambassador:-You have written the Quran?

I: Yes.

Ambassador:  You know we are Christian.

I: Yes. I know.

Amb:    How do you expect us to render any help for your book?

I: Thus my Lord! Supposing you were sick and you were dying, your wife stood awaiting widowhood, and your children stood by your bed weeping. And there were two doctors, one of them a Christian and the other a Muslim. But the Muslim doctor had a recipe that could snatch you from the hand of death and restore you to health to make your wife and your children smile once again. Will you then be so kind as to condenscend to recipe the  Muslim doctor despite his faith?

Amb:    Yes, why not, that is the question of my life.

I: I beg your pardon Sir, inspite of your high status you are but one individual. Here with me is the question of the life and death of all mankind. Here with me is the recipe that can snatch this humanity from the flames of the atomic hell. A couple of 20 megaton thermonuclear bombs will transfix your dear Britani to the bottom of the Gulf. And the people will say, here somewhere used to be an Island called England as appears from the record of Shakespeare, but nowhere to be seen now.

A mb:   Yes. What can I do for you?

I:          Sir, I need some addresses of some publishers that might be interested in the publication of a work of this nature. Actually I have sent my book to the Government of Pakistan for the arrangement of its publication. The signs are that they will publish it. For the reviews of the member of the atomic energy commission as well as the Research Bureau of the Information Ministry of Pakistan, are highly in favour of the book. Yet in case some difficulty did arise I will have to knock at some other door.

The Deputy Ambassador himself searched for a considerable time through Directories and emerged with the names of four English publishers which he had himself typed and he told me that these were the publishers who used to publish the works of late Bertrand Russel, and they might be interested in this work for his struggle too had been against the atomic war.

I left the Embassy with a grateful heart at the kindness of the English envoy. But what I had learned was the difference between the two what can-I-do-for-you-s. Twice was this phrase uttered by the Deputy Ambassador. First at his arrival, and the second when he had my argument. The first one had with it an expression of curiosity mingled with a tinge of annoyance. The second one had in it a clear expression of willingness and gratitude. My manuscript, however, I had withdrawn later from the Government, inspite of the willingness of the Government to publish it. For by then, I had found a set of books on atomic physics lately published in America and I wanted to improve my work to its possible perfection and completeness, which I did for five years thereafter, to my heart's content.

Einstein too had appealed to mankind to forget their quarrels if they desired to exist in the presence of hydrogen bomb. I also am appealing to this mankind to forget their quarrels if they desired to avert the painful atomic annihilation. The difference, however, between the appeal of Einstein and that of mine being that Einstein promised, in case the mankind could avoid the atomic war, an utopia through peaceful use of atomic energy. I am afraid I cannot promise any such thing in the presence of atomic energy and its origin the Baconian Progress, and the origin of its origin that is Baconian Philosophy. The appeals both of me and Einstein are difficult. The world has seen the effect of Einstein's appeal that failed completely. This mankind has not forgotten its mutual quarrels despite the appeal of Einstein. Einstein's appeal was  impossible, for it was devoid of the pedestal of logic and science. To expect peace in the presence of Erastian philosophy and atomic bombs and atomic energy and Baconian progress is an error more than manifest. To shove the people into the fire and then say beware of the fire sounds not very logical. My logic is simple and clear. I simply say: Stay away  from the fire, and away from its fuel, furnace and all. Nay I even say extinguish this fire completely. Einstein was the victim of the general optimism of the scientists in the matter of atomic energy while I am not. I find not the least reason for any kind of optimism about the case of atomic energy. Nuclear science has reached its blind, and nothing short of a miracle could endue it with sight to see any further. But there is no possibility of any such miracle in this respect. The moorings of this world having severed under the strain of the Baconian progress it is now helplessly adrift toward the atomic hell and nothing but ever-increasing confusion, social, political, scientific, economic and philosophical must be the expectation with no hope of reason. The Quran has appeared with a miracle now to save you. Either accept it, or else no power on earth can save you from the most miserable, most painful and most disgraceful doom in the burning flames of the atomic hell which you have with your own hands prepared and enkindled. Now people of the West, if you had the misfortune of being beguiled by the Baconian devil and have been his instrument in dragging this world behind you into the flames of the atomic hell, now it is the golden opportunity for you to expiate your deed by adopting this warning of the Quran and leading this mankind away  from the atomic pit. Therefore save this world and save also yourself, for this hell that you have enkindled, respects no one and leaves no one in this world. Resort now to any means of defence against atomic bombs or radiations you deluded conquerers of nature and claimants to the dominion over nature forces. You are now simply trapped without an outlet, defence, protection. You have no protection against either atomic bomb or atomic radiation.

Hindus and Budhists ! you share the same doom with the rest despite the remarkable clemency of your faith, and unfortunately, neither your AHANSA nor your narwana could be of any avail to you in this terrible punishment. Awake therefore from your deep slumber. Whereto are you now adrift? Communists! You could in no way feign yourself deaf to the approaching uproar of the flames of the atomic hell. And if you persist in your deafness then know that the terrible thunder of the atomic bombs and atomic radiations is fierce enough to rend your ear-drums. The excuse that America took the lead is not worth-while in this case. Indeed if the Quran of the Muslims and the Bible of the Christians and the Vedas of the Hindus would be shot into the outer space,  due to the misunderstandings of their followers, your sickle and your hammer and DAS CAPITAL will offer little resistance to the fury of the all-devouring demon of Baconian hell. Here then the Quran has a marvellous warning and guidance to lead this world out of the atomic danger and save this mankind. Avail this golden opportunity. It all is, in your own interest. To the Jews I deem it my duty to remind of that address of Moses, the last address of that great prophet on the mount, which is replete with such curses and such denunciations and threats that cause one's hair to stand up in fright. Those threats were uttered against the children of Israel in case they forgot the commands of their God, the Lord God of Israel. If Moses were alive today he would behold this entire mankind now a prey to those very same curses which he had uttered in his last famous address against Israel. The Quran now has declared a method of averting those terrible threats. Will not then understanding minds among the followers of Moses now think and pay heed to a warning and guidance that leads this world out of the grievous doom, and guidance that leads this world out of a burning hell. Here is the last chance. Who will avail it. If Moses were today, he would have been the first to embrace it.

People remember, that the final destruction is the decreed end of this Baconian atomism in exact accordance with the established principles, and there is little joy if a few generations of this mankind pass away unscathed by the atomic hell that is the atomic bombs or atomic radiations. The effects of atomic phenomenon are both visible, as well as insidious, and are cumulative, and thus some generation in future must pay the debt with interest. The necessity therefore now is of sensibility. Let the habbit of selfishness be now renounced. Let the future generations be saved from the retribution of the greed and selfishness of presnt generation. It is high time now that every one of mankind pause and think and act. Before your very eyes now is the blazing atomic hell. May Allah grant you the sight that discerns the reality of this Baconian atomistic materialism. Amen.

Christians, Hindus, Budhists, Communists and the Jews, you little understand that you are all in the grip of the same false, seductive, one-eyed, left-eyed, antichrist, and you are being carried toward the atomic hell. Will you and the Muslims try to understand this reality and act sagaciously to relieve yourselves, or are you satisfied with it. Use sense and be wise. The Baconian philosophy with its progress is logically and scientifically bound to disappear eventually. Do you also want to perish along with it?

CHAPTER-16

A LETTER TO THE ELITE OF THIS AGE

Dated: 1-3-1981

Let now the throbbing pulse of this age stop, and let the heart of this universe cease to beat. Let now the sun, the moon, and the stars stay in their course and wait. And let the heavens above watch till I have delivered the message of the Quran to this mankind for their deliverance. And let the mankind now hearken to what I have to say, and to what I have said, and ponder on the methods of their redemption from the agonizing doom that now awaits them. Things I have to utter might appear strange, and out of the general, universal and established curriculum of this age, yet things undeniable, things based on argument and knowledge.

Mark now the strange doings of the hand of destiny. The mysterious hand of the destiny that had wafted the group of the atomists from Europe toward the soil of America during the world war-II by the wind of the Nazi pressure on the Jewish community, so that the result was the appearance of the atomic bomb, and the fire of the atomic hell was enkindled to consume this world, the same hand excited my mind and kept it in constant excitement for decades at a stretch, so that the result is the design of the extinguisher of the fire of the atomic hell, and the neutralizer of the atomic bombs in the world. A strange destiny and my alone among the entire mankind. Yet a very hard gained one, which either I myself or my Allah knows, how difficult it has been to attain. I may or may not see the extinction of this fire of the atomic hell with my own eyes, however, the river of that blessed water which I have directed toward it will in due course extinguish it, so that this mankind will be saved from the grievous doom.

Kings, Sovereigns, Presidents, Prime Ministers, Politicians, Statesmen, Scientists, Philosophers, Scholars, Religious Divines, Industrialists, and Business Magnates, I invite your attention to that historic letter which Einstein wrote to Roosevelt, the president of America on August 2, 1939, in which Einstein drew the attention of the American President towards the possibility as then indicated, by some work of Fermi and Szillard, of utilizing the phenomenon of Uranium Fission for the construction of extremely powerful (weight for weight) bomb of a new type ---- a million times more powerful than conventional bombs "a single bomb of this type, carried by boat and exploded in a port, might very well destroy the whole port together with some of the surrounding territory", Said Einstein. The US Government decided to explore the possibility seriously; it was particularly guided by the thought that Germany was probably already engaged in this field, and if succeeded, the consequences would be catastrophic for the allies. And beginning with the first Government grant of 6 million dollars, the whole project swallowed to about 2000 million dollars by 1945. The result of Eisntein's letter appeared in 1945 in Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Hiroshima and Nagasaki have been the testing ground only to judge the accuracy and the efficiency of the atomic phenomenon. The entire world is the actual target and sooner or later flourishing cities on this earth will follow the example. Life on earth since then is only a nuclear forfeit. If, however, this mankind is lucky enough to avoid the atomic war, then the atomic radiations of the atomic energy for peace are there as the alternative to take the toll uniquely miserable a manner, inspite of the hopes and the optimism of this mankind, in remedial discoveries and outlets in due course.

Einstein's letter was sent in 1939, whose result is now well before the eyes of this world. Now I write this letter to you in the year 1981 that is about 42 years after Einstein's. Pray give your kind attention to it. And read it carefully, that perhaps you may avert the miserable Einstenian doom from this world.

To the elite of this age,

From : Allama Muhammad Yousuf Gabriel,

Address: Idara Tasnifate Gabriel, Nawab-abad, Wah Cantt, Distt Rawalpindi, Pakistan.

Majesties, Excellencies, Honours, Reverences:-

Your kind attention is most humbly drawn towards the certainty as is indicated by a prophetic warning of the Quran (about the atomic hell), of designing a very efficacious extinguisher of the atomic fire and the neutralizer of the atomic bombs. A single extinguisher of this kind designed and constructed would extinguish the atomic pyre completely, and naturalize all the existing stock piles and wipe every trace of radiations, radioactive materials, reactors, reprocessing plants out of this earth.

Yours most truly and sincerely, the servant of humanity,

                                                                        GABRIEL

Pray mark the analogy as well as the antithesis that exists between the two letters, that is that of Einstein and the other that of mine. There was, when Einstein wrote his letter to the President, a state of great ambiguity and uncertainty regarding the success of the project of atomic bomb and the atomic energy, so that no Government on earth could have been induced to invest a groat in the research of nuclear science with a view to constructing a bomb, a million times more powerful than the conventional bomb. Nay even if Einstein had promised a bomb 20 million times more powerful, no Roosevelt in the world would have acceded to his request, despite the great treasures of America. The causes of the success of Einstein in this matter deserve keen notice no doubt, and the same is the state of this my project at present. The same state of ambiguity and uncertainty prevails about this Quranic extinguisher of the fire of atomic hell, in an atmosphere of universal conceit, and a tumultuous medley of false hopes, maddening uproar of an inebriated race helplessly caught in a world-wide economic-industrial net and dragged toward the edge of a blazing atomic hell and emitting deafening din of all the various war cries of the conquerors of nature, the claiments of dominion over the universe as their legal destiny. Yet just as the project of Einstein swelled to enormous proportions in time, this my project will pervade this entire earth on which dwell the human-beings that could be hurt by the atomic bombs and the atomic radiations. This cry whose faint accents now could hardly be heard will Insha-Allah in time grow into the trumpet so powerful that its uproar will make the deaf to hear and the blind to see. The causes of my success too deserve keen notice no doubt, while the antithesis that exists between the suggestion of Einstein and that of mine, is quite apparent. Einstein desired to make a bomb million times more powerful, and his desire was gratified by a power-hungry and apprehensive mankind with gratitude. I now seek to extinguish the fire enkindled by Einstein and company. What will be the attitude of a hypnotized and helplessly entangled race toward my exertion is not hard for me to predict.

This world of today strangely enough is not blind and still is blind. President Trueman was obliged to write in his memories in 1965 " One event occurred in 1945 of such magnitude, that it was to revolutionize our relations with the world and usher in a new era for humanity, the fruits and the goals and problems of which we cannot even now fully grasp. It was the atomic bomb".

It appears strange, that Trueman should pose a question and should himself give the answer, and should at the same time feign ignorance. The atomic bomb itself is the fruit and the goal and the problem of the era that has been ushered in by the atomic bomb. If this be the state of the mind of the head of the leading nuclear state in the world in the presence of hydrogen bomb itself then imagine the state of the mind of the general public of this atomic age regarding the nuclear state of this hypnotized, inebriated, intoxicated, nuclear-blind, misguided and ill-informed world of today.

The elite of this age may please note that, the leadership which would lead this world into the flames of the blazing atomic hell despite the knowledge is no leadership, and the politics which merely engineer the acceleration of this world's speed towards the complete atomic annihilation of life on earth is no politics, and the science which happens to be mainly the means of wealth-accumulation and physical comforts, as well as of the weapons of complete destruction of mankind is no science, and the knowledge which is reduced to a mere instrument of acquiring the material necessities of life is no knowledge, and the progress which ends in complete ruin of mankind is not progress, and a philosophy which considers only this present life, and only the material side of this life, and pays no regard to the spiritual and the other world is no philosophy. Yet this age is the age of misunderstandings, this is an age that is deluded by illusions inspired by false conceits.

But now rejoice and be grateful to the Merciful Allah, that the particular warning to lead this mankind out of this atomic trouble and save it from the hails of atomic bombs and the deadly stings of the atomic radiations has been discovered in the Quran, and has been interpreted and explained by me in the following volumes:-

1.         Quran predicts, characterizes and averts the atomic hell.

2.         Quran quells atomism and redeems this mankind from the hell of atomism. English.

3.         Life of Bacon in reference to his philosophy of atomism. English.

4.         Abraham extinguishes the atomic fire.

Now may Allah grant you the sight that sees the realities of the things as they really are, and may He guide you out of the way of the atomic hell (Amen). I have thirty more books ready for publication. That means complete guidance to mankind.

Let the elite, however, realize, that all their comforts, and facilities and commodities of their luxurious life, cars, bunglows, ranks, titles, and palaces, salaries and remunerations, that may well be attributed to this modern progress and this science, are now the guests that are ready to depart, throwing them in the flames and fumes of the atomic hell as a token of farewell. Elites! Try not to dislike or resist any movement against this progress, and this atomic energy, and this science in consideration of your particular interests. Now see sense and begin right now to think of the means and methods of riding this world of this Baconian demon, and thus save your own skin before this world is caught in the atomic storm and let the scientist cease now to build atomic bombs for salary and indeed to build atomic bombs in a country is a kind of patriotism that needs revision of sentiment. You have been told. Consult your safety. Then.

 CHAPTER-17

THE BIBLE AND THE QURAN ON THE BREAKER INTO PIECES

Dated: 11-8-1982

Scriptures in this modern age of rationalism are generally regarded as merely the books of the religious guidance. The miraculous and the spiritual contained in the Bible has been regarded by the modern rational critics as merely unbelievable superstition. This is not exactly the case. And eye endowed with correct vision might see the things otherwise. The scientific description and the characterization of the nuclear phenomenon by the Quran fourteen hundred years ago have furnished. This world with a miracle which could not possibly be denied by any one. And here I intend to give some thing from the Bible which though not as exactly, strictly and completely scientific as is the characterization of the atomic phenomenon given by the Quran, yet it contains at least enough to dispel the view that all that is contained by the Bible in the form of miraculous, or purely spiritual is unbelievable and nonsensical. I will now give a characterization of the nuclear phenomenon as may be found in the Bible, which though giving only the main characteristic of the nuclear phenomenon, that of breaking to pieces, and in no way to be regarded as a complete description, yet serves as an example to annul the view that the existence of miraculous is a natural impossibility. I will produce a vision of Daniel in which could be found the nuclear phenomenon described with scientific clarity, while the other three phenomena, namely, the gravitational, the electrical and the minor nuclear may be seen described as quasi allegorically.

While judging between the difference of the degree and style of description by the Quran and Daniel in the Bible the difference of their respective eras have to be kept in mind. If Einstein were alive today, I would have presented this particular excerpt from the Bible to him as a suggestive aid to his research on the unification of natural forces, believing that it would have proved suggestive, resourceful, thought-provoking and interesting to him in his particular theme that of the unification of natural forces, besides the clarification of the basic characteristic of nuclear phenomenon that of breaking into pieces. Einstein indeed had the realization of this last fact as is clear from his appeals to mankind, but unfortunately the realization had come to him only too late, after only the hydrogen bomb had appeared on the scene. Now read the following from the Bible:-

"In the first year of Belshazzer, king of Babylon Denial had a dream and visions of his head upon his bed: then he wrote the dream, and told the sum of the matters. Daniel spake and said, I saw in my vision by night, and, behold, the four winds of the heaven strove upon the great sea. And four great beasts came up form the sea, diverse one from another. The first was like a lion, and had eagle's wings: I beheld till the wings thereof were plucked, and it was lifted up from the earth, and made stand upon the feet as a man, and a man's heart was given to it. And behold another beast, a second, like to a bear, and it raised up itself, on one side, and it had three ribs in the mouth of it between the teeth of it: and they said thus unto it, arise, devour much flesh. After this I beheld, and lo another, like a leopard, which had upon the back of it four wings of a fowl: the beast  had also four heads; and dominion was given to it.

After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and broke in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it; and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns.

I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn, before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots: and, behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great-things.

I beheld till the thrones were cast down, and the ancient of days did sit, whose garment was white as snow, and the hair of this head like the pure wool: his throne was like the fiery flame, and his wheels as burning fire.

A fiery steam issued and came forth from before him: thousand thousands ministered unto him, and ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him: the judgment was set, and the books were opened. I beheld then because of the voice of the great words which the horn spake: I beheld even till the beast was slain, and his body destroyed, and given to the burning flame.

As concerning the rest of the beasts, they had their dominion taken away: yet their lives were prolonged for a season and time. I saw in the night visions, and, behold, one like the son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the ancient of days, and they brought him near before him. And there was given him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all people, nations, and languages should serve him: his dominion is an ever-lasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed.

I, Daniel was grieved in my spirit in the midst of my body, and the visions of my head troubled me.

I came near unto one of them that stood by, and asked him the truth of all this. So he told me, and made me know the interpretation of the things. These great beasts, which are four, are four kings, which shall arise out of the earth.

But the saints of the most high shall take the kingdom, and possess the kingdom for ever, and ever. Then I would know the truth of the fourth beast, which was diverse from all the others, exceeding dreadful. Whose teeth were of iron, and his nails of brass; which devoured, broke in pieces, and stamped the residue with his feet.

And of the ten horns that were in his head, and of the other which came up, and before whom three fell; even of that horn that had eyes, and a mouth that spake very great things, whose look was more stout than his fellows.

I beheld, and the same horn made war with the Saitns, and prevailed against them; Until the Ancient of days came, and judgment was given to the saints of the most High; and the time came that the saints possessed the kingdom. Thus he said, the fourth beast shall be the fourth kingdom upon earth, which shall be diverse from all kingdoms, and shall devour the whole earth, and shall tread it down, and break it in pieces. And the ten horns out of this kingdom are ten kings that shall arise; and another shall rise after them; and he shall be diverse from the first, and he shall subdue three kings. And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time. But the judgment shall sit, and they shall take away his dominion, to consume and to destroy it unto the end. And the kingdom and dominion, and the greatness of the kingdom under the whole heaven, shall be given to the people of the saints of the most high, whose kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey him. Hitherto is the end of the matter. As for me, Daniel, my cogitations much troubled me, and my countenance changed in me: but I kept the matter in my heart".

                        (The Bible-Daniel VII-1-28)

In order to treat the subject we will follow the specific arrangement of the four natural forces to depict the four beasts of Daniel's vision:-

1.             THE GRAVITATIONAL FORCE

The first was like a lion, and had eagle's wings: I beheld till the wings therefore were plucked and it was lifted up from the earth, and made stand upon the feet as a man, and a man's heart was given to it".

2.             THE ELECTRICAL FORCE

"And behold another breast, a second, like to a bear, and it raised up itself, on one side, and it had three ribs in the mouth of it between the teeth of it: and they said thus unto it, arise devour much flesh".

3.             MINOR-NUCLEAR FORCE

"After this I beheld, and lo another, like a leopard, which had upon the back of it four wings of a fowl:  the beast had four heads; and dominion was given to it".

4.             THE MAJOR NUCLEAR FORCE

The first three we will leave to the reader himself to discern therein the resemblance to the relevant natural force that could be viewed in divers ways. But this fourth, that is the nuclear beast we will try to briefly explain. Daniel says, "after this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly, and it had great iron teeth: It devoured and broke in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns".

And now let us read the Quranic characterization of the nuclear fire. It says, "And what could teach thee what Al-Hotama is? It is fire of Allah kindled, which leapeth up onto the hearts. It is (a fire) closed in on them in outstretched columns". (Quran 104-Al-Homaza) .The Quran has used the term "Hotama". Hotama literally means a breaker, and more accurately means a crusher, a violent crusher. The original commentators of the Quran have described the Hotama, as a fire inexpressibly dreadful, terrific, and an unusual devourer. Comparing the description given by the Bible and the Quran we can see:-

The Bible says, "It breaketh in pieces, and stampeth the residue with the feet of it". The Quran says, "It is hotama that is violent breaker and crusher, and grinder in the form of fire". The Bible says "It is dreadful, terrible, and strong exceedingly". The Quran according to the original commentators says, "It is inexpressibly terrible and dreadful and strong exceedingly ". The Bible says, "It is devourer". The Quran says, "It is devourer" The Bible says, "It is diverse from all the beasts that were before it". The scientific characterization of the atomic phenomenon given by the Quran, and endorsed by nuclear science is such as characteristically distinguishes the nuclear that is the atomic phenomenon from the rest of the phenomena, namely, the chemical and the electrical. That the characteristics of the atomic phenomenon are basically distinct and diverse from the rest of the phenomena is a point worth keen observation of the atomists. But the Quran has proceeded further to give all the distinctive characteristics of the atomic fire, to wit that it is fire of Allah enkindled, and that it is a fire which leaps up onto the hearts and that it is a fire closed in on them in outstretched columns. This seemingly simple description of atomic fire is surprisingly the most complete and comprehensive description of the atomic fire. No better has anywhere appeared in the circles of modern science. Daniel regarding the fourth kingdom, that is the fourth beast has said that it shall be the fourth kingdom upon earth, which shall be diverse from all kingdoms, and shall devour the whole earth, and shall tread it down, and break it in pieces.

Now no better description of the distinctly particular character of this nuclear phenomenon, and of this modern Baconian age of scientific materialistic progress, as well as of this nuclear age as distinct from the pre-nuclear ages could be found than the one given above by Daniel.

This modern culture has devoured the whole earth, land, sea, jungles, animals, every thing. The nuclear weapons also can devour the whole earth and can tread it down, and can break it in pieces. All this is description of Quranic Hotama which the worthy commentators of the Quran have most appropriately given in minute detail. This present day mankind, that now is turning mad through panic due to this destructive character of the nuclear kingdom, should have no difficulty in descrying the truth of this danielian statement given millenniums ago.

And in the end let us pray that the prediction of Daniel regarding the fourth beast, the one which we have called as the nuclear beast comes true. Namely that it is slain, its body is destroyed and is given to the burning flames as the golden calf of Israel was destroyed by Moses. The end of the three other beasts as is predicted by Daniel shows no less appropriateness. Who the ancient of the days, or the son of man is going to be, time only will tell. This vision of Daniel on the whole is worth the research of some competent intellect in the world and deserves to be discussed in minute detail. I wish I had leisure.

CHAPTER-18

QURAN AND SCIENCE OF METEOROLOGY Quran treats the phenomenon of Rain and Hail

Dated: 13-8-1982

The Quran has claimed not once but twice in most explicit terms to contain all knowledge that concerned humanity. And has challenged the world to bring a chapter like it, when I was asked that Quran was not the book of science, it was only the book of religion. How therefore, the treatment of the subjects like atomic science, the atomic bombs and atomic radiations could be expected in a book of religion. My answer to this was and is that the Quran is a book of a religion indeed, but it is the book of a religion that is perfect and complete and may be expected to provide answer to every question that was concerned with the humanity. If the destruction of the habitations of Sodom and Gomorrah received a mention in it, while these habitations were no larger than a negligible part of a modern city, how then the mention of a destroyer which would not leave so much as a blade of grass unburnt from one end of the world to the other, could be ignored without damaging the claim to universality. The Quran must be expected to give an answer to the question of atomic annihilation of the world. Again it may be asked whether the Quran contains the outcome of the research of modern science of meteorology. The answer to this question is yes it does. Quran shows this in one sign (Ayat) of about forty words. Read the following from the Quran regarding the phenomenon of rain and hail:-

"Hast thou not seen that Allah gently driveth forward the clouds and gathereth them together, and then layeth them in heaps? Thou also seeth the rain which falleth from the midst thereof, and Allah sendeth down from heaven, from mountains wherein there is hail, He striketh therewith whom he pleaseth, and turneth the same from whom He pleaseth, the brightness of His lightening wanteth but little of taking away the sight".

                                    ( Quran XXIV - 43)

“Have you not seen that God drives the clouds, then joins them together and puts them fold on fold. Then you see the rain fall through them; and He sends down hail from the sky where there are mountains of it, and strikes those with it whom. He will, and wards it off from whomsoever He pleaseth. His lightning could snatch away their eyes".

                                    (Quran - An-Nur-43 The Light)

You have read it now, or you have heard it. And if you pen to be a meteorologist, how much of the science of modern meteorology you have discerned in it, so that after we have explained it, you might compare. To most of the readers of the Quran it is merely a matter of common observation which has been mentioned by the Quran ; whether in the translation or in the original Arabic text of the Quran. Let this be remembered, however, that the mysteries are revealed only in the original Arabic text and never in the translations. It is the Arabic text of the Quran that reveals the essence of the modern science of meteorology about the phenomenon of rain and hail. Read the Quran -An Noor-43)

In the first sight there appears to be no scientific facts of the modern research, but by the grace of Al-mighty Allah there are scientific facts to be revealed to those possessed of knowledge, and sincere in their faith in the Quran. The original Arabic text of the Quran has miracles to reveal. Most complex, intricate and perplexing facts of science and philosophy may be found in the words and mysteries discovered. To a knowledgeable reader the world of the Quran appears like kaleidoscopic world. The words changing their forms and clows and assuming new forms and colours, astonishing and perplexing the poor human intellect. During my forty-year long research in the Quran more than once I went to sleep with satisfaction that I had exhausted the meanings of a certain sign. But next morning to my surprise I saw the same sign blossoming with fresh flowers that had exchanging colours and delightful fragrance.

Let it be remembered that the modern science of meteorology is of recent origin, while the Quran was revealed fourteen centuries ago. If therefore the discoveries of the modern meteorology are found in the Quran, there remains no doubt about the divine original of the Quran, and the Quran deserves to assume a unique place among the divine scriptures.

We will now interpret the sign (Ayat) of the Quran in the light of all the latest discoveries of science in the field of meteorology. It is generally observed by the Non-Muslims, that whenever a discovery of science appears, the Muslims prop up the Quran saying, Lo! here is it written in the Quran, why the Muslims cannot find these facts from the Quran before the discovery is declared by science. The answer to this objection is, that firstly the Quran is not the text book of science to teach the people the technique of producing the things that are produced by the science, rather the Quran observes and regulates the entire life of humanity, every aspect of it. Therefore the Quran has its own style of treating the subject of pure science. Secondly, the Quran would not like the appearance of certain things or their wrong use in order to keep the humanity safe from the noxious effects thereof. Therefore the Quran treats such subjects of science in its peculiar manner. For instance the Quran has treated the atomic science, the entire essence of the subject, but has not taught to build the atomic bombs. Thirdly, if the Quran had explained the inventions of science as we see them today and had used the terms as we hear them today, it is not difficult to imagine that the hearers of that time, would have stampeded away thrusting their fingers in their ears, yelling, " How impossible, how nonsensical, away, away to your rational creed, the creed of our fathers". The fate of Islam was thus no hidden secret. And it was a miracle of the Quran, to say a thing comprehensible and appealing to its first hearers, and conceal within the same language that could answer all that was to come in time in any form, scientific, philosophic, economical, social. Yet let it be understood that the corroboration of the Quran and science is a topic fraught with imminent dangers. Science changes while the Quran is constant. Once said, for-ever said. The corroborator therefore must have thorough knowledge of science, to discern the established facts from more theories and hypotheses, and should at the same time have the thorough knowledge of the Quran to its real mind. Otherwise there is a great possibility of wrecking the reputation of the Quran, and making this word of God about of ridicule, unrecking at the same time the doom of the corroborator himself. I have seen many a corroborator that blundered in this field and fell from the cliffs to the vale of ignominy. God save us from such a doom. I myself am a corroborator, but I weigh a thing a hundred times and pass many a sleepless nights before I find courage to pen a single fact or to bring it on record. Yet I pray to Allah, the Merciful to guide me aright in this hazardous field and let me have no personal or other consideration, and forgive any slip of fall. I am obliged to take to this field for no other reason than that it has become the inevitable necessity of these days. Otherwise the early authentic commentators of the Quran have left no point unambiguous.

Now let us revert to our topic in the name of Allah the Benign, the Merciful. Allah says:-

"(Alam Tara). Has thou not seen?" This question was first posed to the Holy Prophet (P.B.U.H) and his contemporary Arabs. Now it could be posed to the meteorologist. This is the marvellous feature of the All-time and eternal Quran.

            Then :-

"(Annallaha Yuzji). That is God drives". It is to contradict the view of those who think that the laws of nature work on their own, or that the whole affair of creation is accidental only. Here the God asserts his complete control of the Phenomenon.

Then (Yuzji Sahaban). (Sahab) means a cloud, but the derivatives formed on its root (sahaba) give the meanings as, to drive along, to drag along, to withdraw, to recall, to retract etc. The modern meteorological science on this point says, “Previous to a thunderstorm, the clouds are in great commotion. Great masses being torn asunder, others uniting together. These clouds being electrified, some more some less strongly, act inductively on one another, and if a piece happens to be torn away with more than its fair share of electricity that has been induced into it, it may soar away intensely electrified, several such pieces may unite to form a big cloud".

Then The Quran says:-

"(Thumma Yuallifu Bainahu). That is thereafter affects between the different parts of the cloud a harmony and achieves affinity between them. Generally it is translated as "and gathereth them together". In order to know what sort of harmony and affinity is affected and achieved between the various parts of the cloud, let us read the following from the science of meteorology.

"To achieve the coalescence of the minute spherules of water into fallable rain drops, a proper electrical affinity, between a particle and a particle within the cloud and further, within the cloud and the earth has to be achieved. In the presence of a strong positive charge in the cloud the SPHERULES WOULD TEND TOWARDS SEPARATION, EXCLUDING ANY POSSI-BILITY OF THEIR COALESCENCE. A charge of milder sort in the vicinity has been found to be helpful for the desired coalescence for the spherules into rain drops. The necessity of the ELECTRIC POTENTIAL and hence the electricity itself, having thus been established a slight ACIDIFICATION of the cloud water is to be UNDERSTOOD as a means to impart conductivity to the water, which in a state of its purity is a bad conductor of electricity".

Let the great masters of Chemistry read these chemical processes explained by the Quran.

Then the Quran says:-

"(Thumma Yajaluhu rukaaman)". That is then "layeth them in heaps". Let us read what the modern meteorological science says about the heaping up of the cloud. It says:-

"When the vapour in the air is condensed not through contact with cold bodies, but through the cooling of a mass of vapour -ladden air, then a cloud is formed. A cloud consists of fine drops of water. if it be near the ground it is called mist or fog. It would at the outset seem impossible to classify or account for the myriads of forms of the cloud, but when we come to observe and watch them closely, two main types of cloud-forms assert themselves. Those which appear in fillowy well-defined shapes, and those which spread over the heavens in a layer thick or thin, partial or complete. The former of these is called CUMULUS, a Latin word meaning HEAP, the latter STRATUS, a Latin word meaning A LAYER. These names are due to LUKE HORWARD (1802) and have been used by all cloud observers since his time. The meteorological science is of recent origin. It developed within the centuries of this modern age. Luke Horward (1802) first used the Terms CUMULUS and STRATUS".

The Quran has anticipated him by centuries. The word  Rukaaman which the Quran has used means exactly the CUMULUS. So far as the Term STRATUS is concerned, the Quran has used it in another sign (verse) about the very same topic. The sign is as follows:

That is : "Allah is He who sendeth the wind   so that they raise clouds, and spreadeth them along the sky as pleaseth Him. And forms them in layers, and thou seest the rain downpouring from within them".

                                    ( Quran XXX - 48)

"It is God who sends the breezes that raise clouds, then spreads them over the sky as He please, fold on fold, then you see the drops of rain issue from between them. When He sends it down to those of His creatures as He will, they are filled with joy".

                                    (Quran The Romans, 48)

The actual word is (Kisafan) which means to lay in layers, to stratify, to lay layer upon layer. It is exactly the term STRATUS, the term of Luke Horward. Though generally it is translated as,  "causeth them to break". It is surprising to note, that the Quran anticipated Luke Horward (1802) by centuries. The words of the Quran thus are not only scientific but also prophetic.

            Then the Quran says:-

(Fataral Wadaqa Yakhruju min khilaalihi). That is : Thou seest the rain which falleth from the midst thereof. Actual word is (Min Khilaalihi), that is the rain is pouring from the (khilal) of the cloud. The meaning of this word is pin, skewer, spit. The root of this word is (khallala) which means to acetify. "Khal" means vinegar. Now the necessity of the acidification of the cloud water we have already narrated in the previous pages. A charge of milder sort is essential to achieve the coalescence of the spherules. The charge necessitates electricity. But pure water is a bad conductor of electricity. It is necessary therefore to acetify the water to endue water with the quality of conductivity. Thus the role of the word (khilal) in the phenomenon becomes clear, to mean that no (khilal) meant no rain, and therefore no life on earth.

            The Quran further says:-

(wa yunazzilu min assamaae min jibaalin fiha min bardin). That is:- “And Allah sendeth down from heaven, from mountains wherein there is hail". First imagine a cloud like a mountain of hail. How beautiful is the mountain of white pearls and how exact but novel is the simile. But the point which attracts our attention is hidden in the word (jibaal) which means mountains. The root of this word is (jabala) which means to knee. Perhaps the most astonishing discovery of the modern meteorological science is that no mist nor fog could be formed, unless there were present in the vapour-laden air particles of dust or sand to act as the nucleus for the spherules of water that constitute the fog. This has been proved, since air filtered through cotton wool, has no tendency towards fog formation. The hail pellets likewise have been found to have been built around a spec of dust acting as their Nucleus, a process in distinction from that of the formation of snow. Now let us see the word (jibaal) that is mountains used by the Quran. The word Jibaal has been derived from the root-verb (jabala) which means to knee. Then imagine a cloud of rain or of hail, wherein every spherule has a spec of dust or sand though invisible to naked eye. Certainly the cloud appears like a mountain made of dust particles kneeded with water. Remarkable also is the role of mountains in the formation of rain.

Now in the end it may be asked that the Quran in this phenomenon has made no mention of the great role played by the air. It is the air that carries the moisture, and it is the air that wafts the clouds. without the air no rain would have been possible. The question takes our thought to another sign (Ayat) of the Quran which is identical with the sign which we are discussing, and has mentioned the role of air. In the previous pages we have alluded to sing just read:-

                                    (Quran-Alarum -48)

(Allah-u-lazi yursilu-arriaha fatuseeru sahaban). That is, "He is Allah who sendeth the winds, so that they raise clouds".

                                    ( Quran XXX-48)

The Quran's challenge, "Bring ye a chapter like unto it" stands good for every age, including this age of science. The knowledge of science shown by the Quran is such that no scientist will ever think of being an equal to or like the Quern, the amazing word of Allah, the God of the worlds.

CHAPTER-19

Review on the book

"QURAN PREDICTS ATOMIC BOMB"

Dated: 26 June 1974

The theme of the book revolves round the word "Al-Hotama" of Surah ' Al-Homaza'. The author who calls himself Gabriel appears to be fulfilling a Gabrielic mission of forewarning the fellow humans of impending hazards of a nuclear age and has convincingly portrayed the Quranic philosophy to avert the potential catastrophe. He has painstakingly tried to establish that not only Quran predicts atom bomb but also spells out the course to be followed if the danger of a nuclear explosion is to be averted. He believes to have found this warning in the Quran and feels duty bound to make this known to the whole vast mankind. The author seems to be saying in chorus with Bertrand Russel that "Since Adam and Eve ate the apple man has never abstained from his follies, whatever he was capable of and the end is the atomic explosion".

In his enthusiasm to link up atom bomb with Quran the author goes to the extent of saying that nuclear energy in itself is destructive no matter for whatever purpose it is homessed. Here then he seems to have loosened his otherwise sound grip on the seriousness befitting a serious subject. Writing with feverish energy, deep anguish and extreme abhorrence for nuclear weapons, he does not hesitate to condemn the development of nuclear energy even though it be for the benefit of mankind. He maintains that even the peaceful uses of nuclear energy are quite hazardous due to irradiations emanating from its use. Here then the author seems to forget that this is an objection against the basic methodology of entire science. It is the inherent characteristic of science to willingly lend itself to any use. Nuclear energy, like any other department of science is no exception and can equally be applied both for the prosperity and destruction of mankind. One would have wished that in dealing with such a serious subject, Gabriel should not have been unmindful of the vast potential which nuclear energy holds to solve the menacing problems of hunger, disease and dwindling power resources. Sentences like the one - "every nucleon shot into the heart of atom in order to generate a nuclear energy whatever for power houses or for an atomic bomb is like a deadly shaft driven through the heart of peace and existence", appear to give the impression of a zealous writer taking the subject a bit too far.

Gabriel's style in dealing with the subject is definitely literary but not hackneyed or cliche ridden. His description of the unscientific scientist philosopher has a remarkable original expressiveness about itself and provides a deep insight into the chemistry of the mind of such people. Though not formally educated in the field of nuclear science his grasp of the subject and understanding of its delicacies is indeed marvellous.

While going through this book one gets the impression that the writer's financial limitations clash with his commitment to the subject he holds so dear. He himself admits to have written the book in "frightening circumstances". It is indeed remarkable that this could not deter him and inspite of utter dejection he looks forward with confidence to the emergence of a new dawn when the Quranic warning about atomic bomb will be heeded to.

The book it is hoped will be welcomed by the intellectual circles as a valuable contribution to the understanding of that fine blend of Quran and science which Gabriel so ardently maintains is inevitable for the progress, nay for the very survival of mankind.
