Global warming is caeusd by greenhouse gas emissions into the atmosphere. The gasses fill up the atmosphere trapping the sunlight in and heats up the earth. Ways to prevent it is planting more trees and other plants to take in the carbon dioxide that fills up the atmosphere and traps the sunlight, and at the same time plants/trees release oxygen, which helps us. Another way is to stop using objects that emit gasses. Such as cars, a way of preventing the gasses being released from cars is switching to ethenol.
