Kings, Politicians, Heads, Scientists, Philosophers, Editors, Divines, Elite, Intelligentsia, Peoples, Masses and All, realize that no other alternative now is left for this mankind, but either to perish under the hails of atomic bombs suddenly deservedly, or to perish gradually, systematically, slowly in a lingering, miserable decay through the radiations of atomic-energy-for-peace, deservedly. No protection against the atomic bomb is possible. No means of protection against radiations are possible for masses. Nuclear Science has apparently reached its blind, and a most grievous, most painful and a most disgraceful and in atomic annihilation in accordance with natural inexorable laws is now in view inevitably.
The situation on the whole is dark and somber. The idea of a neutralizer of atomic bomb or of radiations is rightly regarded as an improbability by the scientists. In these circumstances I have to reveal to this mankind, that I have stumbled upon a design of the neutralizer of atomic bomb and radiations in an antique book. So perfect and complete is the design that in case the design is correctly followed, the base, the trace, the root, stem and fruit of the nuclear damage vanishes from the world. It has taken me four hundred thousand words and nineteen years to explain the full design minutely, in a gruesome ordeal that no Bunyan or Dante could find a heart to describe. And even now when I have completed the design of the Noah’s Ark for this fiery deluge, my difficulties in delivering this light to this world are proportional only to the immensity of the theme.
It is not easy to contend with that terrible force which is driving this mankind toward the atomic hell. I do not know whether endeavors or the misfortune of this mankind may will eventually succeed.
Presently I will dispatch an article containing the characterization of the atomic phenomenon by the antique book to some of the leading newspapers for publication as a universal invitation to the physicists all over the world for review, and also to some leading physicists by name in every part of the world for the same purpose. Let these physicists and these newspapers realize the worth of such an article and show a cooperative spirit, for the indifference and neglect to their part in so serious a matter might result in depriving this world of the only hope-for a safety, if I receive their views, I will l release my entire work in this respect to the world, the plan, a design, scheme and all, that perhaps this world might escape the horrible doom in the flames of the atomic hell.
