Delivery Areas

We deliver across Pakistan, including major cities and remote areas through trusted courier services.

Shipping Time

• Order processing: 2–4 business days

• Delivery time: 3–7 business days (depending on location)

Shipping Charges

• Charges vary by weight and delivery location.

• Final shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available for physical products only.

• Please ensure someone is available at your address to receive the parcel.

Tracking Your Order

• A tracking number will be shared via SMS or email after dispatch.

2. Return & Refund Policy

Applies to: Physical & Digital Products

Returns for Physical Books

• Return window: 7 days from delivery

• Eligible if the item is:

  • Damaged during delivery

  • Incorrect title or edition sent

• Item must be unused and in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale items or discounted books

• Items returned without prior notice

Digital Products

• Non-refundable once downloaded

• If the file is corrupted or download fails, we will provide a new link or replacement

Refund Process

• Refunds (if approved) are issued within 7 working days

• Refund will be made via original payment method (or bank transfer for COD)

2. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions

3. Ship the book to our return address
